@Pandabelle0405 ang mga visa na na-lodged lang ang hindi maaapektuhan comes July 1. But all those EOI’s na na lodge na pero hindi pa nakaka accept ng invite are affected. Even those who got their invites but haven’t lodge their visa applications are affected too so they have to lodge their visas sa DoHA para hindi sila maapektuhan. They have to do it before July 1 12am

Ang basehan po dito is the date of lodgement of your visa to the DoHA, dapat you lodge it before July 1 para di ka ma apektuhan.

I hope this is clear 🙂 Take note this changes will apply to all skilled migration visas, regardless of the state na pupuntahan mo.

Ayun tama po si Sir @OZingwithOZomeness . Since EOI pa lang wala pang invite ang new minimim pts ay 65 un ang rule of thumb natin ngaun so mag pataas pa tau ng pts if kaya pa pataasin.

@OZingwithOZomeness hi sir, kaka log in ko lang sa skillselect and 60pts lang husband ko sa 190 and 65pts sa 489. from what I understand sa post nyo po eh considered na na hindi eligible for 190 since 60pts lang sya with state sponsorship pero nakalagay po sa skill select eh “The EOI for this subclass is able to be completed. The client's claims equal 60 points” does this mean po ba na all EOIs na submitted before July 1 eh hindi affected ng new changes? thanks in advanced po.

@SGtoAU all eois submitted before july 1 na di invited are affected. Baka kailangan pa i update ng DHA website nila to show na pag 60 lang di pasado.

@SGtoAU Usually pag 489 kailangan mo rin mag-apply directly sa state, hindi lang via EOI. Maski NSW may additional step na ganun.
