Sir please correct me if I am wrong. ITR is another document aside from SSS insurance, final CoE (I was able to request one na po), and other documents you mentioned. Di po ba sir requirement talaga si ITR in which case I wont be able to provide given the circumstances. Ano po kaya best solution dito? Salamat po ulit sir I really appreciate your feedback.

Hi po,

Question lang po about sa case ko. Nag work po ako sa unang employer ko from Feb 2011 up to July 2014, and kumpleto po ako ng ITR from 2011 up to 2013, yung 2014 po is hindi ko na nakuha dahil nag work nako oveseas, may chance po kaya mkauha pa ito? sinubukan ko na din po hingin sa employer ko pero wala na daw po. meron din po ako natabing mga payslips for years 2014 work ko pero mga dalawa lang po.

@kenroy @datch29 You just provide whatever you have. I claimed 3 years work experience in PH pero iisang ITR lang naprovide ko dahil matagal na at nasa overseas na ako that time, the rest are SSS, signed contract, COE with JD, and payroll history from employer (not even payslips). Got a positive result naman.

@wanderer Hi sir! Thank you so much. Very informative po. So far isang employer lang naman wala ako ITR. Sir may question ako, what if meron ako di dineclare na employer. It was too short and it was just a transient employment as I resigned right away (3 months) and I think it will not contribute to my nominated profession. Problem is makikita po kaya yun sa SSS history of contribution ko? May bearing kaya yon sir sa application ko?

@kenroy Below 6 months employment yata ay hindi considered. Meron din ako employment 6 months lang, hindi na ko nagclaim points for that and it was also included in my SSS contributions, and in my CV, wala naman issue. What are you worried about?

@wanderer plan ko na kasi sir na wag talaga iinclude yung mga yon sa CV ko hehe. Worried lang ako sir kasi baka po may issue pag may mga employment history na di diniclare since makikita sya sa SSS contribution history (might have an impact on the assessment??).

Regarding the ITR sir, iniisip ko rin pala na kumpletuhin muna talaga yung requirements as many as possible before submitting as napaka ikli daw po ng timeframe ng EA for completing yung additional evidences required by EA if so ever they require. Napaka misleading po kasi nung "and/or" dun sa manual kaya iniisip ko required talaga si ITR and/or SSS statements as I heard na yung friend ko nagpasa ng ITR yet hinanapan parin ng SSS Statements so i thought BOTH ITR and SSS statement are required. Hopefully you can give me additional clarification. Thank you so much sir sa useful feedback!

Dapat po ba official letterhead yung gamit sa job description? Or suffice na yung may pirma lang ng direct manager? Tas need pa ba ng contact number niya? TIA

@kenroy kung wala kang ITR, then SSS is ok. And/or means both or one of them :-) You can put all your employments in your CV, pero do not claim points kung wala kang evidence. Don't worry too much :-)

Pag hinanapan ka at wala ka nabigay doesnt mean they will reject your application, as long as you have valid explanation you can get away with that. When I submitted my assessment, yung former employer ko hindi nakumpleto yung SSS payments ko so I explained to EA na hindi nabayaran ng employer ko kaya kulang ang SSS contri na nasa application ko. In the end, ok parin naman.

@wanderer @kenroy you decide what employment you want to claim. No one will ever reprimand you for not disclosing any employment. There is also no ruling as to the minimum tenure in unclaimed employment.

Dapat nasa company letterhead, otherwise you need statutory declaration signed by your manager/supervisor with contact details of course.

Hi @kenroy @datch29 . In my case, I was able to submit all of my ITRs. But the EA assessor contacted me still looking for "income tax acknowledgement receipt". Up to now, I still don't know what EA means. In the interest of time, I decided same day of contact to just print to pdf all my SSS contributions and uploaded them.

These were my secondary and other documents as I can recall them upon submission: complete ITRs, performance appraisal, salary increase notice, some years of employer certificates of SSS and HDMF receipts, travel authority docs, etc. Not one payslip. Result - positive outcome with all years of experience recognized.

@kenroy, I had a 9-month tenure. I just mentioned it where applicable, like sa CV and entries to EA questions on chronology of employment. Since I knew already that it can't be claimed as full-year experience, I sent no evidences except for an old COE. On results, EA just mentioned that the period is not recognized.

Hello guys! Good day! I was contacted by an agent telling me that I am qualified for General Skilled Migration Program. I am currently studying all the process and requirements for the application. I have 5yrs or work experience in 2months. Im quite confused with the Skill Assessment especially the continuing professional development (CPD), I am a registered Electronics Engineer and only have my license. I havent attended any seminar (even though i was able to renew my license) or took any post graduate studies except my CCNA certification which is about to expire this month. Im confused if this will still make me qualified and will get a positive result from the assessment. Anyone here who does not have those post graduate qualifications as well? My agent told me that it is okay, the important thing is my ECE License. Thanks guys!

Hi, there was a clause in MSA booklet where it says "Documentary evidence of employment (for periods of 12 months or more, or if the employment provides a

basis for a career episode/s)". As I said, you can disclose all your employment but only those with evidences will be counted.

You can attend seminars for the sake of it, they wont ask for any evidence anyway.

@jsjabaan kahit mga seminars or trainings conducted by your employers in and ex?

sakin yung mga training/seminars namin internal, yun na lang sinama ko, may napasama tuloy akong di ko na-attendan buti na lang di nangihihingi ng certificates, sabagay kahit manghingi sila nung meron wala na din akong maibibigay.
