@Pinoy_Imphotep ang pinagbabasihan lang ni VIC in my opinion eh yung points and CV ng applicants. I dont think magiging relevant yung paygrade dahil hindi rin naman ito fair to begin with. Iba-iba kasi ang standards of living ng bawat bansa. In terms of selection, based sa mga nabasa kong information, they have cap per job code so they select the best candidates grouped per skill of the applicant. So kung kunwari meron kang kalaban na candidate under the same anzscode na masmataas ang points sayo and mas impressive ang CV then most likely, ikaw ang second option. Pero may mga nababasa ako na medyo kakaiba din pumili ang VIC and nagkakaron ng mga weird rejections...
