Question lang po regarding the upcoming invitation round, what if the 11th of the month falls on a weekend? For example this month May 11th is a Saturday. Will the invitations be sent on May 10th, 12mn AEST Friday instead of May 11th, 12mn AEST Saturday? :)

Hi, I'm staying in Melbourne with a student visa until Dec 2020. Currently working for a Melbourne based company and my boss is offering me a full time role. I'm having trouble getting certificates of employment from my past employers, I can only produce evidence for 2 years(out of 4 years) of experience at most using generic CoEs, without the detailed job description/responsibilities, from my past employers in the Philippines. Will my work experience here in Melbourne count if I use it for my EA assessment? I'm only allowed 20 hours per week and been employed since March. I appreciate all the help. Thanks!

Hi po, good evening. Planning to have my assessment with Vetasses.

I have with me all my COE’s from my 3 previous company and 1 from my current company. Kaya lang po all of them are not detailed as required ni Vetasses. My COE’s are just company standard template lang. Only stating my name, company name, my position, date I started and ended. Will Vetassess consider this?

Do I still need to submit Statement of service? Of will my COE’s will suffice?

    Thank you in advance

@Chromanila hello kapatid. Vetassess requires statement of service. Please carefully read through the guidelines for the required documents to ensure you make an informed decision.
I know statement of service is quite a challenge to acquire - we’ve all been there regardless lf which assessing body ka under (ako from EA).

Ang main tip is for you to draft it and then just have your managers sign. Ensure that all the required details (as itemized in the guideline) is included sa statement of service mo.
    Goodluck :)

    Hello po.

Good Day! I would like to ask if there's restrictions if you're applying for EOI indicating you're married pero di kasama ang spouse and children sa application? Would there be an issue?

Plan ko po kasi mauna muna then to follow nalang sila pag stable na.

@sharkbait09 I’ve had a client who did the same. Visa was granted but I would suggest to include your family na to save on time and cost. They can initially just enter Australia with you to activate their visas then go back to Philippines until you’re at your feet na.

Hello po. Ask ko lang po kung ok na magpamedical na while waiting for the invitation to apply? Ilang months po ba validity ng medical? At the same time, pede n rin po ba kumuha ng nbi?

@Mark.1 If you are certain that you will get an invitation soon (considering your points, ISCAH prediction and etc), you may prepare the NBI Clearance and have the Medical exam prior to receiving an invite. Ang advantage nito is once you get invited, ready na lahat ng requirements mo and you can immediately lodge your visa application. However, please note that your initial entry date (IED) is dependent on the expiration of your health assessment and NBI clearance which are both valid for 1 year. For me, mas okay lang na gawin ito if certain ka ng maiinvite na rin soon, panibagong expense din kasi if ma expire lang sya.
On the other hand, if you want to be sure muna and want more time to prepare before your initial entry in Australia, pwede din naman na gawin mo nalang sya after receiving an invitation. Hindi naman din sya magtatake ng too much time, unless siguro if may HIT yung name sa NBI or need mo ng additional procedures for your health assessment. Yung iba mas prefer nila ito para mas may time din sila to prepare for their big move after the grant.

@Mark.1 from a professional point of view, I would wait until you get an invite at least. Medical and police clearances are time sensitive. They’re only valid for 12 months. No one knows when you'll get an invite in the first place so you would most likely end up doing another medical check up which m abs another expense for you.

Hi everyone! Does skill assessment need to be valid during visa processing? For example, ITA received this month but skills assessment will expire next month. Nakapag lodge naman ng visa application before skill assessment expires.

Do I have to have my skills reassessed?

@Mark.1 Yung mga documents na sinubmit namin sa assessing authority, in our case, ACS ay Certified True Copy lahat and sinamahan namin ng scanned colored copies. These same documents din ang plan namin isubmit upon visa lodge plus yung ibang requirements like Forms na hindi na namin ipapa-CTC.
