@arcsump i think ok naman yung mga nilista mo. Antayin din natin inputs ng iba.. Although, suggestion ko gumawa ka na ng bank account. online lang yun. Para pag dating nyo ay document verification na lang sa physical branch office. Personally kami ni wifey magkaiba kami ng bank. NAB sya, Commonwealth Bank ako. Ok sa NAB walang maintaining balance. Sa Commbank may 4$ charge kapag walang pumapasok na 2k aud every month (most major banks ata ganun, NAB lang naiba). Search nyo lang NAB Migrant banking. Ok din yang aasikasuhin agad yung driver's license, kasi form of valid ID yan.

@iam_rc required talaga po yung CFO sticker for PRs. And just like you’ve said, you have inquired to CFO and they did told you its required. Its completely up to you if you don’t want to comply, since nakakalusot ka naman. Kaso kung machambahan ka’t hindi ka pasakayin due to not having the CFO sticker, wala ka magagawa, maha-hassle ka lang..

Usually if wala work nirerejet or deny agad ng mga Landlords pero pde mo ipakita sa kanila na may sapat na funds ka. Let's say you have enough funds to sustain 6months(or maybe less) lease sa bank account mo for them to consider.
Or meron naman tayong mga kapwa filo na nag papa rent ng room.
