Usually if wala work nirerejet or deny agad ng mga Landlords pero pde mo ipakita sa kanila na may sapat na funds ka. Let's say you have enough funds to sustain 6months(or maybe less) lease sa bank account mo for them to consider.
Or meron naman tayong mga kapwa filo na nag papa rent ng room.
