amymac92 ilang months kayo naghintay bago na-approve yung subsequent entrant visa? yung sa akin kasi past 63 days na wala pa ding update. anyone with same experience?
sapphires_18 @mitchacuna hello sis, same case tayo. Even sa VEVO naka-limited work rights si hubby but may note na if masters, unlimited hours. My agent asked the embassy thru email regarding my case and they said that we can access the additional info of 8104 from their website. They said that "Therefore, while the 8104 condition is listed, it is not applicable." My agent told me to ignore what was stipulated in the visa grant as employers will look in VEVO but still I am not satisfied with the explanation. I also emailed the immigration regarding my concern but they replied that I refer to the visa grant notice provided for the Work Limitation condition. -_-

Then, we submit bank account, marriage cert, birth cert, etc... I make sure na complete lahat ng requirements before you submit. Hope it helps mga kabayan.
mumofLiam Hi @anzone congrats sa approved visa nyo ng wife mo. I just want to know more of your experience sa pag lodge ng application kasi balak ko din mag SV sa Au and I dependent si hubby and baby ko. Saang school ka and anong course? How much ang nirequire sayo na show money? Thank you!
anzone @mumofLiam sa perth kami. Nauna kami ng wife ( Professional Accounting - ECU Uni) ko for 5 months then naisama na rin naman ang mga anak namin. Ang show money sa aming dalawa, wala namang hiningi. Sa ngayon nahirapan kami maghanap ng trabaho due to studen visa. Be prepared lang to accept the reality.
mumofLiam @anzone ahh I see. Hindi kaya dahil din sa state? Correct me if I’m wrong, may mga nag suggest din kasi sken na agent na pra mabilis makahanap work dun daw sa mga state na madami ang demand like Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane. Siguro case to case basis din. Masters ba kinuha mo sa ECU?
jkkaeds Hi po, ask lang ng advise if true po ba na medyo nahihirapan ang mga nag apply for student visa with dependent? Nag inquire po kasi kami ng husband ko sa isang agency and sinabi nila na maraming student ang hindi na grant ang visa kasi with dependent sila, how true po? maraming salamat po.
anzone @mumofLiam Yes possible yan. Kaya lang dito sa Perth free and education ng mga bata. I don't know lang sa Melbourne and Sydney.
anzone @jkkaeds sa case namin mga 2 weeks lang ang visa approval ng mga anak namin. Ang importante completo yung requirements ninyo.
anjhelareano @yukio0525 hello po. how much po ang proof of funds na need for husband and wife? wala pa kami baby but we're planning to move in AU, ako magstudent visa for Masters Degree then husband mag work full-time. Thank you
