Student Visa Grant AFTER Visa 189/190 EOI Lodge

Hi,

Maraming salamat!

Mag student ka na muna. Wag ka nang magpatumpik tumpik pa. Mahirap na mainvite ngayon. Yung sakin 1 year na ko na 85pts wala pa ring invite tapos nagka pandemic pa kaya malabo na mainvite within a year bago mag expire ang EOI ko.

Hello, i have questions po, hopefully meron maka sagot. I am not also sure if this is the correct thread, but will try..

if i go to Oz as Student visa and have my husband with me, provided maka pag work xa in IT sa field niya, can we add up the experience sa 189 visa application nya in australian skilled employment?

We are planning to get ACS assessment parin, but we may need to take another route as SV ako, dependent xa and later on apply for 189. Our intention is to add it up sa points niya..

Is this going to be possible? Or meron ba points if maka pag work ng less than 3 years in Oz?

Hi po, I think counted sya as skilled employment as long as masatisfy yung criteria.

Same dilemma.

Yung sa amin before SV muna before 189 pero andito na kami nun sa Au on a student visa. Kumuha lang ng another SV to extend our time here in Au kasi may inaantay pang requirement for the 189 application. Bago magwithdraw ng SV, just make sure na may valid visa pa rin kayo to stay here in Au.

Sometimes, you have to sacrifice to achieve a greater goal. Kinikita nman ang pera and you don’t wanna leave it for too long especially that rules in Au always change.
