katniss silly question po - yung birt cert po ba dapat yung me redribbon? I have my birthcert from NSO pero hindi sya yung may redribbon. For our PR dati tinanggap sya, not sure if for citizenship they will ask for the one with the red ribbon? Thanks!

Hunter_08 Hi guys question lang yung mga vacation ba outside Au(7 weeks) all in all for 4yrs dapat bawiin before mag lodge ng application for Citizenship? need din ba ng NBI/police clearance for all the country na nag stay for at least 1yr(In my case SG COC dahil ang work ako doon)?
