Mukhang malabo po siya sa 491.

491 doesn’t have to be family sponsored, it can be regional sponsored but right now offshore applications are not prioritised. To be honest, if you haven’t done your skills assessment yet, it’s too soon to decide on a visa. Aim to get assessed positively and gather as much points first.

Hello, can I ask if what are the chances that an Au citizen relative (father's sibling) can help us (offshore) for migration purposes? Thanks much in advance :)

if you mean tourist visa, madali lang mag sponsor kahit kaibigan pwede,. pero kung ang intention is sponsoran para maging PR dito, medyo mahirap kasi kahit parents medyo suntok sa buwan.

the best way to get a PR here nowadays is thru skilled visa, kung ikaw ay skilled, aged below 33yo, perfect ang english which means IELTS 8.0 and above, may experience related sa skills mo fr more than 8 years, at may bachelors degree from section 1 school/ university related pa rin sa skills mo ang course.... then may chance ka... pero pipila ka pa din sa skillselect, which is ang invitation ay affected din ng pandemic,

priority ngayun yata mga student visa onshore na nag bridging at nag aapply ng PR....

Just my opinion and as far as i know....

I see noted po @MikeYanbu for PR po sna ung sa mga namention niyo po pasok naman except dun sa more than 8 yrs. work experience since I currently have 4 yrs. lng of work experience sa occupation ko for skilled. Medyo tumtngin din ako ng ibng pathway since mataas ksi quota for my skilled job. Thank you po :)
