  ASKING FOR MY PARENTS - My mother and father are legally married sa pinas (1993) but My dad married an AU citizen back in 2000 - but di po sila officially hiwalay ng mom ko who is still in the Philippines. He separated with his AU partner in 2007 and has been single until now. Gusto na po nya isponsor mom ko with a spouse visa and we are happy about it.

  My question po is: na grant po ng visitor visa (family stream through me) si mama for a year but may NO FURTHER STAY, may naka experience na po ba dito na ma waive yung No Further Stay to reunite and re-marry former spouse using the spouse visa? Hope may maka tulong po...

  @RheaMARN1171933 Hi Ma'am baka may ma advice kayo or may idea kayo if ever ba na magpakasal kami sa pinas ng fiance ko then pupunta sya dito as tourist then e aapply namin yung spouse visa para pwede na sya mag stay at mag work dito while on bridging visa, pwede po ba yun?

  @Hunter_08 hi.. pwde sya maka enter ng AU as your defacto partner, kelangan lang ka prove na defacto mo sya. Apply ka ng exemption sa kanya, search mo lng “exemption “ sa DHA website. Pag na approved na ang exemption pwde mo na sya maka apply ng tourist visa 600 or pwde mo apply sabay..
  ✨sa visa 600 hopefully na grant sya ng “no further stay na condition “ para pwde mo sya na apply ng partner visa onshore..may full work rights yan.
  ✨ang mga requirements nyan pwde mo ka search sa google “partner visa migration “, naka pdf booklet po yan..

  ✨meron group sa FB na partner visa, pa add ka doon, marami kang matutunan..

  @lecia thank you sa info.. so halimbawa maski kasal kami sa pinas pwede ko sya applyan ng exemption then kapag approved mag aapply sya ng tourist visa then makakapunta na sya dito at apply ng onshore partner visa?

  Yes pwde po yun. Pwde sabay mo na iapply exemption at tv 600. Or pag nauna ang exemption ma approve iupload mo sya dun sa application nya ng tv 600, ma grant agad yan pag May exemption na.

  Visitor Visa thru Family stream meron po automatic na "No Further stay" condition yun. yes, pwede daw po ipa-waive yun. ask nyo mga migration agent/lawyer.

  hi, i was applying spouse visa 820/801 and trying to add my kids as migrating members pero di iallow ng system. ganon ba talaga na ndi muna pede iadd ung mga kids in my application for spouse visa under other migrating family members. ung error kc is ito

  by the way my kids are currently in the philippines and i am at the moment here in australia with my australian born citizen husband

  Good day mga mam and sir, mgttanong lng po sna. kasi im about to apply for prospective marriage visa (Subclass 300) kaya lng npnsin ko as i checked my had a visaeligibility sa page nla sabi wala dw dapat "no cancelled or an application refused" .Way back kc 2017 is inapply ako ng ate ko for TOurist visa sa Australia kaya lng denied dahil ang sabi hnd dw sspat ang proof of fund nya para sa stay ko sa Australia that time. After non ang next apply ko with my bf is granted lahat (4 times). ang tanong ko lng po is dahil sa denied visa application ko nung 2017 is hnd n ako qualified to apply for PMV?maraming salamat po

  Hi. Sa mga SG based, panu po kayo nagcompose ng appeal letter for police clearance? Nareject ang appeal namin dahil kailangan daw na yung appeal letter ay galing sa certifying body. Balak namin magapply ng partner's visa for my fiance na currently ay nasa SG. Salamat po.

  Baka kelangan mag lodge muna kayo ng visa. Then show them the immi requirement page as proof na kelangan ng CoC. For GSM kasi, yung official invite letter ang sinubmit ko sa police force. Approved after 4 business days.
