confuse ako if Yes or No ang iinput ko , kasi di pa naman ako nag start ng work. my employement offer ako pero wala pa ako COE stating sa start date. my visa grant lang, pero actual start work is hindi pa..

If you don't have previous work experience yet in Australia for your nominated occupation, then it should be a "No." What that question is asking is any local experience prior to you lodging your EOI (meaning as of today), but you can update that EOI at a later date (like after you reach your one-year work anniversary in the company).

nag lodge na po ako ng visa 189 ko. for sure irequire ako ng HIV test since wala HIV ang 482. sa mga taga sydney po, saan branch kaya ng BUPA ang my mas nearer date available. nag check ako dito sa Bankstown malapit sakin, (10mins walk lang sana) but october 7 pa ang next available date. maghihintay ba ang CO if ganyan katagal yun mga appointment dates?

If you are invited, Migration QLD will ask you to show your current bank statement (document should not be more than a month old), so you do need to have the settlement funds in your bank account.

Qld lang kasi tanging state na kelangan ng show money hahaha

You must provide proof na ang annual average deposited sa account mo para strong ang evidence mo. Makukuha mo yan sa bank na magrereflect sa bank certificate.
Example 15k aud (kung peso account yan yung equivalent forex) ang nakadeposit na di ginagalaw ng isang taon. Pero kung biglaan na nagkaroon lang ang pera sa account na yun, magiging red flag yan sa case officer. One year okay na.

dadalhin mo ung form na nakuha mo for booking tomorrow sa BUPA clinic, kasi need nila ung HAP ID na nakalagay dun. ung result, no need to worry about that. sila ang mag a-upload. all you have to do is show up

ok sir salamat. kaya nga nagtaka din ako bakit my client declaration kasi yun sa anak ko ok na ang medical niya pwede ma reused yun sa 482 namin last May.. ako lang need ng HIV exam..
sa 482 ko kasi naalala ko my pinapirma ang HR sakin na health declartion pero di ko alam san niya inupload, yun below s "i confirmed..."

If hindi naman kailangan ng ate mo yung pera in the next few months/years, hiramin mo muna yung pera para naka-standby na sya at hindi suspicious yung biglang pasok ng pera. Pag na-approve na yung visa (not just nomination, saka mo na ibalik ung pera.

I'm assuming malaki talaga yung kailangan na settlement funds kasi hindi madali makahanap ng work na sakto sa work experience mo overseas, so parang buffer mo yang settlement funds until makahanap ka ng stable job. The job pool in QLD is more smaller than Sydney/Melbourne, and mas limited yung job opportunities outside Brisbane.

Yup actually may standby na pera ang ate ko and lagi nagtatanong if need pasukan dito.... ayaw ko lang kasi agad desisyunan gawa ng qld lang ang state na ganito naghohope ako na mainvite sa ibang state like victoria and western au.

By the way 15k AUD (around 40k Dirhams) ang mandatory cash na need as per sa guidelines ni QLD

You mean 491 family sponsored? Unfortunately wala ata invite ng ME for 491 or 189 for the last 2 yrs na (correct me if im wrong). ECE ako and I was invited back in Feb 2020, one of the last few rounds ever ng ECE for 189/491. Since then chinecheck ko trend kaya medyo may idea ako. Makikita mo yang invite rounds nyan sa immi website.

Kung kaya mo naman i go mo na kesa magsisi later, sobrang sayang ng chance kasi may obvious na bias sa CE talaga. Mababawi naman pera dito agad sa Aus. Cheers!
