the EOI will already include the additional points depending on the visa type you select. For 491, when you see the total it will already include the +15.

Hello. Anyone here knows if there will be any complications if we upload documents using mirrored account? Our agents kasi are not responsive. We asked them to upload additional files pero it’s been a week wala pa rin update. We’re not even sure if same pa rin agent na naghahandle ng application namin

Baka matagal lang talaga, maybe maraming clients? Based lang sa mga nababasa ko so far, although 'di ko sure if specific ba 'to sa visa application stage — the best route when deciding to go DIY na after hiring an agent is to notify your agent first at asikasuhin yung termination and transfer of credentials sayo. Depending on your contract, maaaring maging yung paggawa ng mirrored account ay breach and sayang din if ma-risk mo pa application mo because of a doubled account.

I hope someone here will be able to give more insight but that's just what I learned from reading this forum ah. Good luck! Try mo pa rin mag-follow up at least.

No. They just really have bad service and bad reviews are all over the internet. Fault din namin kasi we did not check before engaging with them. Our friend was a previous client kasi and we thought ok sila.

i think sinabe smen to dati ng agent namin before, na pwede kame gumawa ng mirror account with go signal just to track lng ung status but they strongly suggested to us not to do anything such us uploading docs kase pag nagkaroon ng daw ng update from co hindi maassure kung san magppunta ung update sa email nila or sa email mo using ung mirrored account, but i guess makkita mo pdn ung update kapag inopen mo nman ung mismong immi account profile manually siguro ung notification sa email ung sinsbe ni agent. unless iterminate mo na ata ung service ni agent from there magging malinaw ata sang email magbbigay ng update once nagkaroo ng co allocation. I hope it helps po

Yes, aware naman sila na I created mirror account to monitor status, I just asked if may naka-experience sa mga na-grant na nag-upload ng documents using mirror account.

They are refusing to do so kasi. Even yung form 80 namin before hindi nila sinama sa lodging kahit niready na namin ahead of time. They refused to upload din, napilit ko lang. sigh

Hello. Anyone here knows if there will be any complications if we upload documents using mirrored account? Our agents kasi are not responsive. We asked them to upload additional files pero it’s been a week wala pa rin update. We’re not even sure if same pa rin agent na naghahandle ng application namin

i think sinabe smen to dati ng agent namin before, na pwede kame gumawa ng mirror account with go signal just to track lng ung status but they strongly suggested to us not to do anything such us uploading docs kase pag nagkaroon ng daw ng update from co hindi maassure kung san magppunta ung update sa email nila or sa email mo using ung mirrored account, but i guess makkita mo pdn ung update kapag inopen mo nman ung mismong immi account profile manually siguro ung notification sa email ung sinsbe ni agent. unless iterminate mo na ata ung service ni agent from there magging malinaw ata sang email magbbigay ng update once nagkaroo ng co allocation.

They refused to upload din, napilit ko lang. sigh

i see, same tyo hindi din naginitiate si agent namen na upfront upload yan. nagcount pa as co add'l requested documents.. i feel you, ganyan naramdaman din namen that time, but we still trust them nalang

Baka lang dn super loaded sila ngyn due to the influx ng mga invites and grants in addition sa mga new apply. But still i think its not an excuse pa dn.

The common practice for offshore clients is to supply the police and medical clearances when case officer issues the s56 letter requesting for more documents. The reason being is that these documents are time sensitive. Both are only valid for 12 months. And since no one can guarantee how long the actual visa application processing will take, a responsible agent who is acting in good faith for his/her client, will opt to wait for the s56 letter so as to avoid the situation wherein the client provided these documents too soon Tapos nag expire na prior to the application being finalised. If this happens, the client will have to re-do the clearances which means another expense to be incurred.

On instances wherein client insists to provide the clearances prior to the s56 letter, in my opinion, it us the responsibility of the agent the explain to the client the repercussions of such action. That way, it will be the client’s own risk should he/she still prefer to provide these docs sooner rather than later.

Yes, I’m aware that medicals and police clearance are time sensitive documents and the risk of having to request again for the said documents if they expired during the process. The problem with our agent is, they are not responsive and did not even inform us that they chose to not upload form 80 when they lodged. They even said they will upload form 815 when we sent to them, then after a week of not giving any update, they suddenly refused to do so. I don’t see any issue with frontloading additional forms though specifically if available naman na.

They refused to upload din, napilit ko lang. sigh

i see, same tyo hindi din naginitiate si agent namen na upfront upload yan. nagcount pa as co add'l requested documents.. i feel you, ganyan naramdaman din namen that time, but we still trust them nalang

Super frustrating kasi kahit yung medical namin they were refusing to proceed, wait daw muna CO. Nilaban lang namin. Haha. Oh well, hayaan na lang namin and hope na sana di ma-CO haha.

Sorry to hear that you had a bad exp with an agent. Fortunately, ok nman exp nmen sa agent. Mabilis nman sila mg-update kpag meron and inaadvise dn kmi agad kung anong docs need iprepare for the next step and timeline. Hopefully ma-resolve yung issues nyo with them.

My comment referred to police/medical clearance because you commented about it, just to provide clarity to readers and not about your form 80 comment nor how non responsive your agent is 😉

Thanks, but I did not ask about medical/police clearance tho :)

Yeah, you didn’t ask about medicals but I was responding to this comment you made below to provide clarity for others. if you would have not mentioned anything about medicals, I would have not comment at all….but that wasn’t the case. My comment was not to attack you but to shed light for others 😉

Super frustrating kasi kahit yung medical namin they were refusing to proceed, wait daw muna CO. Nilaban lang namin. Haha. Oh well, hayaan na lang namin and hope na sana di ma-CO haha.

Actually, tugon ako sa sentiment na sana ma-inform ng agent ang client about these time-sensitive requirements para aware din and then allow the client to decide if willing silang i-risk ito, while also ensuring na they fully understand the implications. Pero that's just my point of view as an applicant.

Agree….the role of an agent is to lay down the cards for you, give you a professional perspective which you would have not seen from your own research and from asking others not qualified on immigration matters, provide the right guidance to help you decide what path to take.

Hi Guys, need help. I'm planning to terminate my contract with my agent. Aside sa pag-inform sa Migration Agent(na iti-terminate ko na ung migration services nila), meron ba kong kelangang gawin on my end?

Like, do I need to notify DHA(Dept of Home affairs) or any review authority or any AUS agencies, na hindi na sila ang migration agent ko?

Ung status po ng application ko is, expired na ung EOI ko, and wala pang new EOI na nafa-file si agent.
    Hanggang dun pa lang po.

May additional pa po ba akong dapat gawin on my end as a client?

    Thanks.

Make sure to collect all your documents/credentials from your agent, if wala ka pang copy. And pay the termination fee (if meron).

Aside from that, may iba pa ba akong gagawin on my end, like inform DHA(Dep't of Home Affairs) or any agencies na hindi na sila ung agent ko?

    Or no need na?

Get the agent to sign 956 form. Ask them to sign it so you can sign it back. Ask for statement of services as well. A responsible agent who’s following the code of conduct should provide these things to you.

Also you should be entitled to a refund for services not rendered. the statement of services should reflect the excess money you have with your agent and where your other money were spent.

If yes, kanino isusubmit yun, sa DHA? And who will submit, me or the agent?

Reviewing the files the migration agent sent me before, para wala ding Form 956 for Appointment of the Agent from the very start. But I'll have to backtrack again. Thanks.
