EOI Information Needed

jcrdreamjcrdream PhilippinesPosts: 36Member

Hello po! Mag-DIY po ako for EOI, pero 'di ko pa po masimulan kasi still waiting for my assessment. Just trying to be maagap. May gusto lang po ako i-verify:

  1. Ano pong mga usual na information/documents needed for EOI? And ROI (for VIC)?

So far, ang nakita ko po ay:

  • Assessment result
  • English proficiency result
  • Given name, family name (included po ba sa given name yung family name?)
  • DOB
  • Country of birth
  • Gender
  • Passport, citizenship info
  • Place of residency
  • Relationship status

  1. Tama po ba na one EOI = one visa type and one state/territory? 190/491 po ang options ko and eyeing VIC and NSW. So bale, if mag-lodge ako for both subclasses and both states, 4 EOIs po ang isusubmit ko?

  2. Sa ROI po for VIC, both subclasses po ba ang iindicate? Nabasa ko po na only 1 ROI can be active kasi.

  3. Sa declaration of employment, ililist ko po ba lahat ng work experience ko kahit yung period na hindi positively assessed?

  4. Ang resources na tinitignan ko po for this process ay Immigration website, Live in Melbourne, and NSW. May iba po ba kayong mare-recommend for small details pa, na nakatulong sa inyo?

Sorry po if medyo mahaba and madami ang tanong.

Marami pong salamat at pagpalain kayo!

Yes, and you'll be able to indicate that you will not be claiming points for those.

Just to add, you dont need an ROI for NSW 190. That's only required for 491, I think.

Also, states like NSW and VIC require you to select only their state in the EOI. So, separate them.

Hi sirs, additional question, if I create an EOI sa NSW, dapat ba 190 lang? or pwedeng sabay na 189 and 190?

    • Sa given name po, include your first name + middle name. Just how it is on your passport.

    • Sa EOI po di naman hihingan ng NAATI document pero when you lodge your application, kailangan na po siya.

    • Applied for VIC here. Either 190 or 491. Di ko po alam if it made a difference po nung nag-consistent po ako sa EOI ko na 190 and ROI sa VIC na 190, I got a pre-invite.

    • Sa declaration of employment, yung dineclare ko lang is yung current ko na related sa employment at assessed. Yung mga hindi assessed/not claiming points for, mata-tackle naman sa Form 80 when you're at the lodging stage na.

Good luck po! Also DIY with my EOI/ROI. Went against my agent's advise to go for 491 and applied 190.

For NSW, you can submit 1 EOI for both 190 & 491 na. You don't need to submit a separate ROI for them since they will just pick up whatever EOI you submitted.

There is no ROI anymore for NSW. The practice with NSW thus year is lodge separate EOI’s for each subclass. If you opt for 491, you will need to apply and pay the nomination fee directly to the regional area of your preference.

I mean need ba talagang i lagay si middle name sa first name as long as nasa passport sya?

I mean need ba talagang i lagay si middle name sa first name as long as nasa passport sya?

So far po ang nakita ko for these "middle name" concerns ay just make sure to keep them consistent. Baka po makatulong itong thread na 'to: https://pinoyau.info/discussion/comment/388822#Comment_388822

Hello po! Mag-DIY po ako for EOI, pero 'di ko pa po masimulan kasi still waiting for my assessment. Just trying to be maagap. May gusto lang po ako i-verify:

    1. Ano pong mga usual na information/documents needed for EOI? And ROI (for VIC)?

So far, ang nakita ko po ay:

    • Assessment result
    • English proficiency result
    • Given name, family name (included po ba sa given name yung family name?)
    • DOB
    • Country of birth
    • Gender
    • Passport, citizenship info
    • Place of residency
    • Relationship status

    1. Tama po ba na one EOI = one visa type and one state/territory? 190/491 po ang options ko and eyeing VIC and NSW. So bale, if mag-lodge ako for both subclasses and both states, 4 EOIs po ang isusubmit ko?

    2. Sa ROI po for VIC, both subclasses po ba ang iindicate? Nabasa ko po na only 1 ROI can be active kasi.

    3. Sa declaration of employment, ililist ko po ba lahat ng work experience ko kahit yung period na hindi positively assessed?

    4. Ang resources na tinitignan ko po for this process ay Immigration website, Live in Melbourne, and NSW. May iba po ba kayong mare-recommend for small details pa, na nakatulong sa inyo?

Sorry po if medyo mahaba and madami ang tanong.

Marami pong salamat at pagpalain kayo!

Pero dahil medyo complicated current visa situation ko, I opt for agent sa paglodge na mismo.

Thank you po, this is super helpful. God bless!

need dn po ba ng proof employment for work experience na included sa form 80?
