Uuwi po ako ng Pinas, kailangan ko po ba ng OEC?
Nabasa ko po sa ibang group na hindi na raw po dahil hindi naman daw po considered na OFW ang Visa 491, gusto ko lang po sana iconfirm.
Nagmessage na rin po ako sa Bureau of Immigration, nagsend lang po sila ng link. Pero ang sabi nila basta OFW daw po kailangan yun.
491 visa is a provisional residency visa hindi OFW, kung sakali po na harangin ako sa immigration dahil wala akong OEC pwede ko po ba sabihin yan?
