Filling up of EOI & Requirements after invitation

Hi po.

Would like to ask advice regarding our situation. My husband and I would want to know kung sino ba dapat saming dalawa ang maglodge ng EOI kasi either one of us will retake PTE or both na mag retake kasi sumablay kami sa first take. Below is our qualifications.

Me: Electrical Engineer

Age: 29, 30 pts

English Language: Proficient (L-77,R-87,S-79,W-79) - 10 pts

Work Experience: 7 yrs & 2months - 10 pts

Bachelor's Degree Holder: 15 pts

Partner Skills: 10 pts

Husband: Civil Engineer

Age: 30, 30 pts

English Language: Proficient (L-81,R-83,S-90,W-74) - 10 pts

Work Experience: 7 yrs & months - 10 pts

Bachelor's Degree Holder: 15 pts

Partner Skills: 10 pts

We will be in Australia this coming August under 482 visa if no problems in our medical. I have sure employer there and my husband will still look for a job.

Please enlighten us.

You can create separate EOIs as primary then just add the partner as dependent, should be okay.

If you changed company/employer and want to claim points for that new experience, yes you need to have it assessed.

Nope. Ganon talaga ang EOI, sya nagcocompute for you ng number of yrs that you claimed for points. Basta kasama sa assessment yung most recent job episode, and currently employed ka dun.

yes po kasama po siya sa positive RSEA and currently employed po ako dun. Salamat po

yung sakin sinama ko kahit expired, although wala naman kasi akong name change. not sure lang pag married na

Yes inupload ko din yung expired passport ko with maiden name.

I received similar notification nag auto update yung points sa work experience. Question ko po is need po ba ipa update yung outcome letter ng assessing body for this case, given na hindi ako lumipat ng work.
