you can have medical/nbi earlier... you should know that it can affect your IED...

to all thinking about including their parent/s as part of the application,

you should know that there are several requirements...
if you can read some of the old posts, medyo mahirap isama ang both parents... dahil sa dependency requirements... its not just financial but also emotional and psychological dependency..
pag biyudo/biyuda, separated/divorced, at yung isa lang ang isasama nyo... mas madaling magbigay ng proof... bukod sa financial, dapat sa inyo talga naka-depende at naka-tira..
you can provide affidavit from barangay na sa inyo nga nakatira (kung walang bills on their name/address)
official documents, na hiwalay na (separated/divorced) or kung biyudo/biyuda na..

marami pang pwedeng ipakitang proof... kailangan lang maging creative at matiyaga..

meron po dito, yung anak ang primary applicant + dependent nya ang nanay nya (separated)..

okay nmn ang application nila.. visa granted...

Natatandaan ko si @kenkoy po yung nagshare dito sa forum.

Napag isip isip ko po na isama na sya in my application para isang ayusan na lang ng papeles. Iniisip kp po kasi if ever ma grant ako and will get her under parent visa by that time wala na mag help sa kanya to get all the requires documents. Nag ppray na lang po ako na sana maging ok ang resulta. Sabi ko sa sarili ko bahala na if ma deny pati ako, sapalaran swertihan at kung palad talaga. May he blessed our application.

tapos lately lang meron din isa si @mariamorris.. pero in this case, non-migrating dependent, medyo nadelay kasi na-referred yung medical nung father, pero na-visa grant din after..

binasa ko yung background story mo dito, i think na malakas naman ang case mo to prove na dependent mo nga sya..

pwede mo din i-attach as proof na kasama sya sa medical insurance mo..
death certificate ng father mo, to show na widow sya
kung merong mga barangay/municipal certificate/documents na pareho kayo ng address (ex. voter's ID, senior citizen card)
or pwede gumawa ng affidavit na syo nga sya matagal na nakatira, (financial dependence), at wala ng ibang pwedeng makasama pag naiwan sa pinas

ang question lang, bkt hindi pwede ma-iwan sa 2 mo pang kapatid..

@lock_code2004 thanks for spending time to read and assess my scenario.

we are three. eldest sister, ako and our youngest. Yung youngest nauna nang nag asawa. two years ago and may isang baby na sila. they are living together with us. since may family na sya he has finances to attend to. our eldest uhmm... supposedly she should carry the role of being the head of the family when our father died. but sad to say this does not happened. last year she went away from our house.

Early ako ng dad I assumed the role right after his death. Landed on my first job I started to give monthly to add and sustain our monthly expenses while my brother goes to school. Before nag work pa si nanay then two yrs ago nung kaya kaya na pina retire na namin ang nanay.

Pede ko din kaya isama Mom ko. We're 5 in the family and sad to say ako lang tlaga may work at kayang bumuhay s Nanay ko. She's been living with us since 2008 in Singapore, widow. May IC naman siya sa Singapore to prove ma nd2 siya. She's 78 by the way so ano pa kayang proof hahanapin sakin?

@yhanie_17 I think pwede naman. But we have to be ready kasi sabi nila parang papasok ka sa butas ng karayom. Ako I decided to include her bahala na si batman. Hahanapan daw nila ng proof na talagang dependent sya sayo plus medical result and ielts if hindi mag ielts documents na nag ccertify nung nag aaral sya na english is the medium of communication.

I might be wrong pero baka mas mabilis sau since sr. citizen na sya.

Waah IELTS.. Kaloka naman. Balitaan mo ako sis sa decision ha. If in case ba sinama ko at d cia approved e madadamay ba ung visa approval namin ng family ko?

Yan din kinakatakot ko if ever di ma approve ang isa possible na hindi rin ma approve ang primary applicant, though wala pa akong nababasa.

@amcasperforu..if the dependent can't meet the requiremnts chances r the co will ask u if u will still include ur depndent in ur application or withdraw him\her..but other's r not going to ask u anymore lalo na pag lumampas ka sa timeframe m at will immediately make a decision on ur application.. So u will have a choice pa rin..

@nfronda... I see, naku ganun pala so as early as now khit di pa sila naghahanap ng mga reqts isipin ay collect ko na agad ang mga possibilities.

@all ganun po ba talaga katagal mag release ngayon ang nbi three weeks ? or sa robinson otis lang? hope may kumuha rin ng nbi so i can compare thanks po

@amcasperforu..Yes, so dapt start kna ngaun sa pag collect ng evidences pra sa dependency ng mom m. And if u have tym din let ur mom sit for an IELTS exam na lg.. Ksi nga as what u said hanggang grade 5 lg xa.. So sa plgay q hndi nyo ma poprovide ang certfcation na pasok sa requirements ng DIAC.. Ung english requirements ksi is one of the importnt requirements yan, or else mgbabayad ka ng 4k plus AUD.. Sa tingin q ksi, kaya namn ng mom m ang IELTS, review lg xa at 4.5 band lg namn kailangan nya..

Thanks @nfronda. ibig bang sabihin useless na rin if kumuha kmi sa school nya dati na hanggang grade 5 sya na english as the medium of comm? Looks like makakaltasan ako ng 4K AUD..

@amcasperforu..Yes po..kasi kulang yan as proof..dapt ksi pag hndi xa nkpagcollege, dapt merun xa sa primary and kahit 3 yrs lg sa highschool..Hindi pwde na primary alone lg.. Ksi ung mom q, nung nag apply cla ng PR ung college certfcate nya lg na 3 yrs course ang ibingay nya, but hndi pa rin sapat at ngbyad pa rin kmi 4k AUD.. Wla na ksing tym e process ung sa hyskul at primary nya..

Btw, pano mo sasabihin mag pay ka na lng. kasi meron dun attach ielts / english language something. do i have to write a pdf doc stating my mom's situation that we cant provide this rqt?

@nfronda If ever po bang high school graduate e ask ko lang sa school to provide the cert? Pede kaya un? Dba sa Pinas normally e Tagalog nmn ung medium of teaching sa Primary or Secondary not sure sa private school.

@nfronda Another question regarding evidences, since sakin naman siya nakatira dito sa SG e ano pa bang possible proof na pede kong bigay? Though may IC nmn siya at makikita sa passport nya na she's been with me since 2008 though ciempre umuuwi din sa Pinas for few weeks.

@amcasperforu - pag wla kang inattach na proof of english... i-advise ka ng CO na magbayad na nung 2nd payment na 4kaud..
