Tanong po ako. pag check ko ng lodge application ko today bigla.naging application received kahapon or the other day in progress. ano nangyare at baket po nawala ung link ng organizw your health na link for both of us.... sasagutan ko po sana yung sa.mom ko. pero yung sa akin nakuha ko ung referral letter but now wala na po unh link na yun. kaya wala po ko referral letter for my mom. what should i do. we are planning to have our meds this fri... pano po kaya yun... thanks po

plan ko pa naman na isali sa visa application namin ang parents ko at 4 kapatid ko all below 12 years old. mahirap pala at d pwede

kahit dependents ko sila at nakatira sila sa bahay ko.

ano kaya iba kong options in case gustoko kunin ang 4 ko na kapatid? yung parents ko hanggang tourist visa lang talaga.

Meron naman silang maliit na business. Pero syempre gusto ko parin magkasama kami sa isang bubong.

Ang mangyayari nito is tourist visa nalang tuwing summer good for 2 months hehe ang gastos!

Yup ganun na nga lg ang mangyayari, tourist visa..pwde rin 3months, 6 or 12 months..

i dont think there is a limit about tourist visa...
in fact they now offer, tourist visa valid for 3 yrs for parents of AU PR/Citizens.. tapos max of 12 months in each stay... so kahit ilang beses ka magpa-balik balik within 3 years, as long as hindi lalampas sa 12 months in each stay..

after 3 yrs, pag expired na visa, pwede na naman ulit sya mag-apply..

Nakakuha na kmi ng NBI by May 22 sana ma upload ko na. Yung sa medical naman kumukuha pa kmi ng med cert sa isa pang doc nya. Nag out of the country kasi sya by May 18 pa dating. Malamang sa malamang by end of May sana na upload na lahat including sa med.

@amcasperforu Ayun waiting pa din sa ACS results ko. Nagbabasa ako sa ibang forum at tila may mga changes daw sa ACS Assessment. Not sure kung ano magiging effect sa application ko. Dapat mag-IELTS nako sa June kaso naisip ko e by 2015 pa din nmn ung plan namin na mag-migrate if ever so I have a lot of time pa.

Pero gusto ko sana malaman, may criteria ba for parents para maging "dependents"? Like, kelangan ba hintayin ko na retired na mom ko, or wala ng income and maging financially dependent on me? Nag-iisip lang ako ng iba option aside from tourist visa para mapapunta nanay ko.

Nag upload na ako ng mga tingin ko na requirements including yung pre-defined required or recommended docs.

Nakuha ko na pala ang NBI namin and napasa ko na rin yung medical certs for my nanay. Sabi ng St. Lukes hopefully this coming Wednesday ma upload na lahat yung kay nanay.

After this hintay po kami magkaroon ng CO. Hopefullly, wala nang hanapin sin CO (wish upon a star lang naman hehehe)

Hi @nadine... Meron visa for parents and has some parameters to take into consideration :
Im quoting this from AU immigration website http://www.immi.gov.au/migrants/family/103/

This visa is for you if you are a parent of a child or stepchild who, at the time the visa application is lodged, is 'settled' and either an Australian citizen, permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen. This means your child must have been lawfully resident in Australia for a reasonable period, normally two years, although a shorter period can be considered for Australian citizen children if there are compelling and compassionate circumstances.

In addition you must be able to demonstrate one of the following:

- at least half of your children are Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents or eligible New Zealand citizens who are usually resident in Australia
- you have more children living in Australia as Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents or eligible New Zealand citizens than in any other country.

Your partner and other dependent family members may be included in your application provided they satisfy certain requirements.

For aged parents naman ito yung other visa options

Based on our friends here sa forum ang parent visa ay matagal at medyo may kamahalan. Merong parent visa type na mas mabilis kaysa sa ibang parent visa type pero may kamahalan. And of course it should pass all the requirements na kailanan ng immigration.

Dyan din talaga ako napag isip ng ilang beses before I finally decided to include my nanay sa application ko. Sabi ko bahala na si batman ma grant o ma deny. Pina uubaya ko na kay Lord ang desisyon. I just do my best and I lift up to HIM to do the rest.

mahirap pala isama as dependent ang parents kahit na sa katulad ko na single/bunso. Hindi pa naman senior yun parents ko my mom is still working here sa pinas, and yun tatay ko sideline sideline plus meron kami trike na pinapalabas sa iba. Tanong ko lang kase if tourist visa yun parents mo parehas tapos say every 6 months stay nila (for sure kase mamiss nila apo nila na maiiwan sa Pinas)..hindi po ba mahirap i support sila sa Oz knowing na ako lang may work smen 3? Balak ko kase pag nakapag Au na ako papatigilin ko na si mama mag work tapos business business na lang na maliit like what we do now here sa pinas. Hindi naman magastos parents ko here sa pinas now pero syempre gusto ko pag sa Oz sila happy happy na lang. hehe

TIA sa sasagot, I'm on the early stages of my application and plan ko initial entry/find job next year if ma grant ng visa ko..kaya ngayon pa lang I'm trying to see the big picture to plan ahead and ma ready kung ano man mangyari.

as far as i know kailangan mo ng legal document kung bkt di mo isasama ang asawa mo, at pumapayag sya na ikaw ang sole custody ng anak nyo... kung hindi pa legally separated, i think pwede na ang affidavit of statement signed by both of you infront of a lawyer...
