@ladynjune wala pa nga eh. pero napansin ko within 8 weeks usually nagkakaron ng CO. If everything goes well kahit wla ng paramdam ung CO, pwedeng grant letter nalang mareceive mo. 4th month mo na pala. konting antay nalang yan hehehe. Nag aaverage ng 6-9 months based sa timelines ng iba na visa grant na. good luck!!

@ladynjune. Hi. I received an email from my CO advising me that my application is actively being assessed. Further docs requested and submitted already. 🙂 He/She also stated that the service standard for Partner migration visas is six to nine months and they're looking to finalise it within the said period.

How's yours? Any emails from CO yet? 🙂

@Jay04 hi.. i can see from your timeline na after approval ng PR visa mo, you immediately applied for fiancé visa...

is that possible also for example if someone just recently got a PR visa, and then got married after, but they are still in the philippines and have not yet entered AU..

so in short, PR na ang husband, pero ung wife hindi pa...

pwede naman sponsor ung asawa, pero hindi ba requirement na dapat nasa AU na ung PR holder, at may work na or financially stable?

Hello bago lng aku dito. My partner applied 309 last june 2013 but until now wala pang email or tawag ng CO niya. We f/up last sept sabi ni R delo rosario allocated na daw sa CO and currently assessed pero hanggang ngayon no news.

Hi @lock_code2004, I arrived in AU since 2008 on a student visa, then I started working in 2011. Nahuli lang ung PR visa. Yes you are right, dapat ung sponsor is financially stable/settled in AU. Nag provide lang ako ng payslips/tax documents sa visa application of my fiance. Hope that helps! 🙂

@mistyclaire I applied our Subclass 309 last June 19,2013. I had thyroid cancer stage 1 last 2011 but still God is good, my visa was granted Jan. 29, 2014
