  Hi Sir, sorry sa TAS po ba pd po us apply for visa 190 and 491 for offshore applicants? nabasa k po kc for 491 need dw po nasa australia na for 12 months.

    Offshore applicants for TAS is beside outside AU ,di rin nagwork or lived in other states (means was not living interstate in the past 12 months) ibig sabihin di sila nagaaccept nang interstate applicants. You can't be onshore at the time you applied para maconsider na offshore ka.
    Plus heap of requirements for TAS, is an uphill for most and complex.

  Pasensya na po sa abala, ask ko lang need po ba ipacertify lahat ng mga required documents na issubmit paglodge ng visa?

    Meron mga instances na need nang certification gaya nang letter of declaration / employment reference letter ( if by chance di na mahagilap yung superior or HR ) then pwede ipa-witness ng nagsulat ng letter sa notary public sa PH) if sa SG naman at tao na nagsulat on his will need nyo din to ipa-notarise sa SG Notary Public
    
    Generally for employment letters hindi naman required yung notarization of documents pag company authorised representative ang nagissue,sa iba pang mga documents like NBI or Police Clearance or COC from SG hindi naman nila nirerequire ni DHA yung pag certify - they have means to double-check the authenticity of the documents.
