    hi sir @jrgongon. since you currently have 55 points po excluding potential state nomination points, your visa options right now po is 190 state nomination (PR) and 489 regional state nomination (TR). For your nominated occupation po, it looks like NSW and WA have it in their respective skilled occupation lists. My suggestion then is to:

    1. Create one EOI specifically for NSW by choosing 'NSW' as the preferred state, and
    2. Create another EOI for the rest of states that may want to sponsor you. Choose 'ANY' as the preferred state for this one.

    For both EOIs po, it's up to you if you want to choose both 190 and 489. I suggest ticking both, kung okay lang sa inyo na TR visa muna, to increase your chances of getting invited via state nomination. Good luck po.

    Wala pong definite schedule ang pagsend ng invitations ng mga states, unlike 189 and 489 family sponsored na twice a month.

    Hopefully makajoin din ako sa December team. I just updated my EOI to include my recent ACS assessment which gave me 3 yrs relevant skilled work experience so from 60pts I have now 65.

    Question ko lng po sana regarding sa pag fillup ng EOI sa employment end date if I am still working sa same company. Yung end date na naka indicate po ba sa assessment letter (from ACS) or when I filed my EOI (current date) since I am still presently working?

    Feb 25, 2017 Medical for my baby also finalized. Saudi PCC pending....We sent e-mail to CO that my husband can not take PCC because he does not have copy of his iqama
    April 7, 2017 CO asked for character statutory declaration as substitute to Saudi Police Clearance
    April 11, 2017 Submitted Statutory Declaration

    Hi guys, sana maghimala, mainvite naman ako. Tgaal ko nang waiting sa 190. Meron pa po bang ibang state na puedeng applayan for 190 aside from NSW?
    I think some SS require Proficient English like VIC..try mo retake IELTS or PTE to get higher chances of getting invited by other provinces..

    if married ka, try mo get partner skills for extra 5 points..

    @jandm I am trying to increase my points but unfortunately di ko pa rin makuha yung score na kailangan ko. Balak ko uli mag exam nxt year. Yung partner ko is computer engineer, however hindi daw sya puede kasi he is working as graphics designer. Tinanong ko kasi yung option na yun. Yun lang daw ang puede magpataas ng points ko, yung English exam.

    @kholoudmanlucu sge try lng ng try..in His perfect timing ibibigay din satin yan..have you tried another option like si partner yung magpaassess, ilang points kaya sya?

    sa case namin ksi si hubby yung first main applicant..kaso di nya makuha ung proficient english para maka 60 points..since nagpaassess na rin ako for partner skills, tinry namin plan B na ako ung primary applicant..luckily naka 65pts ako today upon ACS reassessment..

    basta don't give up and have faith lng ;)
