yes, nadownload ko na po. I'm looking into it na. andami info needed. pero few people here in PinoyAu suggest na pwede ko kumpletohin muna ang nbi, police, & medical clearances. my visa application maybe granted daw DIRECTLY without CO requiring for form 80 😉

It’s located in Northfield SA. 15-20 minutes away by bus from the CBD area. The bus stop is just right in front of the house, with 3 options of buses available (bus interval is only 15 minutes during weekdays). The spacious room has a built in closet, queen size bed, chairs and cabinets. Pinoy housemates and landlady, very friendly and easy to get along with!

@IslanderndCity 150-200$ per week room rental is already cheap considering free internet and utilities..if you are going to rent unfurnished house, rental would be around 300 and up per week depending on location and number of rooms. Weekly grocery around $100..water and electricity are on quarterly basis..maybe minimum 100$ kung tipid na talaga :-). Bus regular fares 3.20$ unlimited within 2 hours..metrocard is cheaper and you might qualify for a more cheaper concession rates. You can get prepaid sim at 30$-60 days expiry para lang may matawagan ang inaapplyan mo..

@IslanderndCity you can check www.realestate.com.au for indicative house rentals. Usually ang mahahanap mo sa cbd are student accomodations/shared. Houses are in the vicinity of cbd..15-20 minute bus ride ay malapit na yan ..bus arrivals are accurate naman and 15 minutes intervals during weekdays

Rent: 2BR Unit - $210/week (Solo po namin ito, 5mins/3kms away to City). Acquired thru www.realestate.com.au. Mataas ang competition on rental properties with price range of $250/week and below.

Internet: $40/month - 100GB Exetel provider

Phone: Prepaid Amaysim - $15/month with 1GB data (network is via Optus)
