@Bryann RPL stands for what?

Since software developer ka, you needs assessment in ACS. Dun mo malalaman kng diploma or bachelor ka and also years of experience you can claim. Minimum deduction of ACS is 2yrs. After getting results from acs, you can take ielts or pte.

@kittykitkat18 hi..bakit ang daya..,ung ACS nyo almost days lang labas na ang result...kakainggit naman...sa amin sa vetassess months ang inaanaty...huhuhu...musta mo ako sa hubby mo baka naging classmate ko sya...hehehe

Question guys regarding sa passport. Balak ni hubby magsubmit eoi after getting results of pte (sept 28) but passport nmin is expiring this oct 15 2015 na.nagparenew na kme passport dto sa sg (sg based kme) and darating passports nmin earliest is oct 27. May problem ata passport issuance dyan sa pinas so assume na nmin delay and passport issuance. Nagpa request kme ng passport extention for the meantime (dec 2017 extention) dun sa current passport.Dun sa passport details sa eoi ung expiry ba na ilalagay is ung extention expiry ng current passport which is dec 2017? Or dpat ung bagong passport na darating? Thanks!

Which is more advisable to consider in applying for skills assessment?

@kittykitkat18 kung ano yung hawak mo na passport yung details nun ang ilalagay mo, kung ang ipapasa mo na passport eh yung may extension yung details nun ibibigay mo, once you receive your new passport pede mo etong i update, kse magbabago yung passport number once pina renew mo yan so kung gagamitin mo yung passport number nung may extension ilalagay mo details nun, or better yet you wait for your new passport saka kya mag apply kung di kyo in a hurry, kung need nyo nman mag apply na ng eoi once na dunating new passport nyo update nyo na lng 🙂

As far as I know, you will need an engineering qualification for occupations under EA. for TRA namn e dapat certificate or diploma lang, which school po ba graduate?

Hi guys! Off topic question po sorry! I just dont know where to post it. If ever we're granted visa po ba would it affect my visas in other countries? Like b1-b2 in the us? Thanks!

@inGodsGrace_ hi I could be wrong but I don't think it would affect your visas from other countries. Like your b1-b2 US diba for tourism/training yan, you were granted using your Philippine passport, I don't see any conflict since your visa from AU if ever granted won't change your citizenship for now.

Hi I'm planning to apply for Developer Programmer under Visa 189. Will appreciate any suggestions how to go about the process, I'm a computer science graduate, unfortunately my school falls under section 3, I started in software development way back 2007, my question is some of the Jobs I had is under consultancy meaning there's no employee employer relation, will the experience count when I apply for the visa 189? Thanks.

@louieg so meaning ng consultancy more on freelancer ka?kung naging legal sya na may mga contracts naman at mga proof of payment sa iyo pwede mo sya magamit pero mas maganda kung may mga business permit ka and so on kagaya ng case ko sa construction....nag susubcon ako sa mga gencon so meron ako mga proof of payment and contracts pero ung sa akin kasi nakaregister sa DTI,BIR at ibang permit kaya parang lumabas na employed ako sa company ko ang position ko as General Manager or Owner...

Meron po ba dito familiar sa quota ng invitation per fiscal year na nilabas for 2015-16?

I assume na since July 2015 nag-reset July to June FY nila.

Target ko sana mag-apply ng 189 / 190 by end of year pero wala pa ko assessment and IELTS. Kelangan na ba maghabol para masubmit yung EOI ASAP?

@wanderingpaopao for me ibat ibang factors ang pwede mo iconsider pero sana wag ng magpatumpik tumpik pa...gaya ko sana early this year pa kami nag ayos...bakit?dahil sa mga possible na mangyari

1st....magbibirthday ka...swerte ka kung ndi bumaba ang points mo..habang tumatanda ka possible bumaba na ang points mo

2nd....ung ielts mo...gugugol ka ng oras para sa ielts dahil sa review at may expiration ang ielts

3rd...assessment...matagal din ang paghihintay sa result ng assessment..minsan weeks or months

4th...habang ndi pa naghihigpit ang australia magsimula ka ng magayos...gaya ng case namin nagpasa din kami sa canada early this year pero sad to say pahirapan na ang canada..kung last year pa lang nagpasa na kami siguro umabot kami sa maluwag na sistema ng canada...

goddluck sana ito ay naging gabay para iconsider mo na ayusin na ang mga papers na kailangan mo

@guenb maraming salamat! mukhang paunahan talaga for my nominated skill 261112 - Systems Analysts. Pa-assess na ko.

Pinproblema ko na lang yung reference from current employer ko kung pano humingi ng employment reference. BS ECE ako pero IT Consultant (SAP) work ko so hoping for positive assessment from ACS. Target ko mag IELTS this Oct / Nov so sana maging maayos lahat.
