Hello po sa lahat.ask lng po. Medyo matagal tagal nrin kc ako nagsubmit ng EOI ko for visa 190 pero d prin ako nainvite.until nag 33 n ako so nabawasan n ako ng pts. Ano po kaya ang reason y d ako nainvite dat time considering n nka min 60pts po ako i mean alam ko po na mababa prin yun pts pero may step po ba ako dapat n ginawa para mas mapansin eOI ko or mainvite after magsubmit ng EOI or tama lng n nagwait lng ako for invitation for sponsorship n unfortunately d ko nrecv.

Patulong nman po kung may idea kau or case same like mine.

@chubby24, dami possibilities. Could be na marami mas mataas na points na nakapila sa occupation mo, nagceiling na yung occupation, o di ganun ka demand yong occupation. You can still secure the loss points through English test and partner point.

Hello, I'm on the planning stage and just would like to ask if you know someone who might have the same situation as mine and can give some advice. Just a brief background, I'm not a CPA, my undergraduate degree is Financial Accounting under sec.2 school and earned my MBA in sec.1 school. I have an almost 10-year accounting-related working experience. Is there any chance to be approved that if I apply for Accountant (General) -221111?

Have your bachelors degree and MBA assessed by related assessing body. CPAA, CA, IPA, pili ka lang. Since may MBA ka kahit di ka board passer may malaking chance na your education will equate to bachelors degree sa AU.

for employment you are claiming points you should include certificate of employment with detailed job description and contract if available.

Since hindi colored ang ITR, kailangan ipa-CTC? - sa lawyer din ba nagpapa CTC?
We were married 2 months ago pa lang, is it ok na Marriage certificate lang ang ipass and not the NSO copy?
My husband and I got our NBI 1 month before we got married, is there a need to get a new NBI clearance na married na ang status or no need na kasi maiden name pa rin naman gamit ko sa mga docs ko?

So those 2 (contracts + COE) will suffice? Or additional reqs yung payslips?

yes sa notary public pede mag pa CTC.
Congratulations! no idea for this.
Naka tala ba sa NBI clearance kong married or not? no first hand infor about this too.
