@batman hi boss! Thanks sa info on CTC. Nakapag pa CTC ka na? Cheaper ba sya as compared sa notarization? With regards to NBI, yes nakalagay yung civil status.. and my box dun for Husband's surname. 🙂

@Xiaomau82 wala pong board exam yung Financial Accounting. :-( I also checked the mandatory subjects for Accountancy at andun naman sya sa course ko tas yung sa iba nasa MBA subjects ko naman.

@TimeToExploreAU if they require IELTS before assessment, you need to get the result first. There some occupation who don't require English result like the vetasses assessing body.

Hello po, newbie po me and magtanong lang.. subclass 189 un inaapplyan ko, which is skilled independent.. kakapasa ko lang ng english exam and nasa step na ko ng lodge ng visa.. iniintay pa po ba un invitation nun? may chance ba na di ka bigyan ng invitation? kasi kung magbabayad nako nung 3600 aus$, baka masayang kc in case na di naman ako mabigyan nung invitation.. iniisip ko what if intayin muna un invitation bago magbayad? tama po ba un analogy ko? pakipaliwanagan po ako, maraming salamat!

@paw07 Nakapagpaassess ka na ba sa Assessing Authority ng nominated occupation mo? Pag hindi pa need mo munang paassess at kapag Oo naman, check mo kung yung points mo ay enough para makakuha ka ng invite. Pag may enough points ka gawa ka ng account through skill select. Dun sila nagsesend ng invite. Pag nakakuha ka ng invitation to apply that's the only time na makakapagapply ka for a 189 visa through the immi account naman. Usually, may 2 or sometimes 3 rounds of invitation in a month.

@Cassey, yup na assess and nakuha ko na un points required, tapos na kami bale sa part 1.. Di ko pala nabanggit kaka lodge palang ng agent ko ng EOI. So meaning mag hintay lang muna ko ng invite ng visa, tapos pag may dumating na tsaka palang ako magbayad diba? tama ba?

mali ata un nasabi ko nung una di pa pala lodge ng visa.. eoi palang pala ibig ko sabihin sorry sa confusion..

@paw07 tama magbabayad ka lng once nag lodge ka na ng visa at may invitation kana din noon. masasayang lang ang bayad mo pag na deny kasi mali ang points claim mo. isa lang yun sa factor.

@paw07 Okay lang, 🙂 Need munang magantay nung ITA (invitation to apply) before you can proceed with the visa application. Once na nainvite ka na, may link sa skill select account mo that will lead you to the creation of immi account. Pag ready ka ng maglodge ng visa mo sa immi account, may series of questionnaires na sasagutan tapos last step is the payment. Pag nakapagbayad ka na, that's the official date of your visa lodgement. Here in the forum, we always encourage applicants to complete their documents before lodging their visa para mas mabilis at may chance for a direct grant.

gandang umaga po. BS Computer Engineering graduate po ako pero work ko is Sr Web Desinger for 10 yrs (work @ home) same company. ACS po ba dapat ako magma-assess and what occupation to nominate kc wala sa ACS yung web designer.
