guys,question lang..last requirement ko na yung coe sa current company ko para makapagpa evaluate na ko...pero pano kayo humingi ng coe with jd?sabi kasi ng hr,kailangan ko daw sabhn sa boss ko kaso panigurado magtatanong para saan...ano ginawa nyong reason? salamat sa mga sasagot.

@Ern I told the HR na need ko mag pa member sa isang professional body which was really the truth. so happen that the same COE with detailed job description I used for my assessment for migration. Although tinanong ako ng Manager ko kong para san daw yun kasi pina confirm ng HR sa Manager ko, bago pinapirmahan sa Office manager. Sinabi ko totoo na nag aaply ako ng migration for Australia. Wala nman nagging issue sa kanya. depende din cguro sa employer.

Baka kasi mag random check at I verify sa employer ko kaya I told them the truth.

@batman salamat. iniisip ko din sabihin na lang totoo kaso syempre nakaka kaba baka iba kasi maisip nya.

When is a police certificate required?

If you are over the age of 16 and have lived in any of the countries listed on this page for a total of one year or more in the last 10 years, you must get a police certificate from that country.

The certificate must cover the period of time from the issue date back to the age you ceased to be a minor, or must cover the whole time you were in a country.

For immigration purposes a police certificate is deemed to be valid for 12 months from the issue date.

@Ern , sa akin naman sinabi ko apply ako skill assessment. Ako lang kasi gumawa ng detailed JD ko. Naintindihan na ata nya for migration yon, kasi sabi nya, kung gusto ko pang palakasin yong content, ibalik lang sa kanya at pipirma siya. Mas maganda daw yong mga previous na napirmahan nya. Hahaha.

Hello po post ko lang po ulit tanung ko sana po mahelp nyo ako. pano po gagawin ko... bs agriculture po natapos ko and may experience naman ako as agricultural technologist/technician sa provincial government kaya lang ngayun iba na ang linya ng trabaho ko. Pwede ko pa din po ba inominate yung occupation na yun? Sabi daw po kasi kailangan match yung natapos sa experience for the last five years. Graduate po ako ng BS nung 2003 nakapagwork po ako sa provl govt ng laguna 2003 to 2008 then napalipat po ako ng department 2008 hanggang ngayun. Pero yung mga projects po ng national regarding agriculture ako pa din po naghahandle. Please help po

@eltrym28 alam ko depende yan sa assessing authority mo..better check your assessing authority guidelines for positive opinion..

kung sa assessing authority mo nabasa ba dapat ang nominated occupation should be within 5 yrs.. ayun ang issue na need mo pag isipan..

@shye428 Maam ask ko lang po nakita ko kasi sa timeline nyo.. diba po ang bachelor degree is equivalent sa 15points (not 20 points) sa EOI? Or may way ba sya gawin 20 points? kulang pa kasi ako.

u can claim 20 points only for Phd
