Hi Helpful peeps, may question lang ako regarding sa EOI, while waiting for my second take ng PTE i am planning to submit 190 na. I did the EOI yung sa Dulong part sabi I can proceed tapos 55 points. Pano ko malalaman kung may 5 points nako for state nomination? Medyo nalita ako. Mag pro-proceed ba yung EOI hangang sa submit portion kung kulang ka sa points? Salamat in advance.

@batman hello, maraming salamat. meron kang sample na JD's? wala na akong payslip don sa first 2 companies ko. Tapos yong sa mga previous company ko yong COE walang JD's. Ngayon na nagrequest ako sabi nila magprovide raw ako ng JD's tapos for approval na lang nila. Regarding pala sa subject descriptions, magrequest din ako sa Ateneo then bigay ko ba yong mga core subjects para alam nila kung alin lang bibigay nilang course syllabus/subj descriptions? Favor please, pwd ako hingi ng copy ng JDs for accountants or sample COE na pwdng patter then subject mapping? salamat ng marami. HEre's my email add villagraciam@gmail.com. super thank you. 🙂

I just want to ask kung sa tingin nyo related ba yung course ko sa work ko and kung mag.aaply for skilled visa ano po kaya ang pwede sa akin na occupation na nasa SOL/CSOL?

@jhun2384 In my case dati nung akala ko di na magpo-provide yung company ko ng detailed JD, I read na dapat kang gumawa ng statutory declaration. Bale maghanap ka ng superior mo sa dati mong company tapos papirmahan mo sa kanya yung detailed list. I think pa-CTC mo din yun. Tapos attach mo yun together with your standard COE from your company.

In my case nkapag-resign na ako sa both companies ko eh so direct na ako nag-ask ng detailed COE. As for the ACS assessment, di pa kailangan ng IELTS pra magpa-assess.

Hello po.. pag yung former employer po refused to provide detailed JD sa COE, ano pong ibang option na available? Kasi tinry ko din po na ako ang gumawa ng JD tapos check and sign na lang ni former employer pero tumanggi pa din po. And then wala na rin po yung former senior ko dun sa company na pwede sanang mag validate nung JD ko statutory declaration. Ano po ba pwedeng option? Salamat po

Hi, hope someone can help me answer some of my queries/clarifications below. I am now starting to fill-up EIO and hopefully to submit before the next invitation round.

1) Qualification: qualification stated in my skill assessement (AQF) is Bachelor degree. kaya lng kasi sa EOI 2 yung bachelor degree. (1) Others and (2) Science, Business, Technology. Engineer kasi ako so I am thinking it should be science/technology. Pero na-confuse kasi ako dahil sa skill assessment ko bachelor degree lng nakasulat.

2) Work experience: Nung nagpa-assess ako sa EA, sa CV ko may hindi ako sinamang work experience for 2 years kasi hindi naman ito engineering job overseas. ok lng ba na hindi ko na rin isama sa list ng experience ko sa EOI? i just worry pag di ko sinama ay ma-question ako kasi i will be declaring all the countries i have lived in the last 10 years and this 2 years ay sa ibang bansa, there will be a conflict. another thing naman pag sinama ko sa list, will there be conflict naman with the skill assessment kasi i did not declare in my CV during that stage.

@chi1234 kahit colleague mo na lang. tpos pa notarize mo. make sure makokontak si coworker. make sure sabihin mo reason kong bakit nag stat declaration ka.

select mo bachelor degree.
yung two years ba before that may claim ka at after ng 2 years may claim ka din so is it like nasa pagitan ng claims mo sya?

or yung 2 years is before the claim skilled employment. You made a mistake not mentioning in your CV.

but you can still include it in the CV for DIBP kasi ang sina submit nmn na skill assessment result walang attachment ng CV you submitted sa assessing body (reffering to my assessing body)

@batman clarify ko lang yung item1, bachelor degree (others) ang ilalagay ko, tama ba? wla kasing bachelor lang.

Yung item 2 naman, meron ako claim before and after that 2 years, so better include na lng sa CV for DIBP.

each company po 1 itr ba or 1 itr for each year of employment?

for payslip po, gaano kadaming months? may alternative po ba sa payslip?

for coe po, may format ba? meron kase ako puro standard na employed from this date to this date under the position of marketing.

@Captain_A Hi po anybody here can help me? does my husband need to have IELTS din for visa application? we received invitation to lodge visa subclass 189 na then i got the checklist, nakalagay sa checklist nya is need functional english, wala pa sya IELTS taPOS 28 Days lang binigay sa amin to submit all documents for visa.... please help... thank you. @Gabrielle28 kung walang IELTS puede certificate from the University (where he graduated), Certificate of English as medium of instruction (CEMI). Samahan mo na rin ng college diploma and TOR.
