May tanong po ako for those na may "Jr." or "III" sa kanilang pangalan especially dun sa may visa na..ang nangyari kasi saken yung birth certificate ko (ngayon ko nga rin lang napansin) is nakalagay sa last name ko yung "III" (e.g. instead of Reyes, Reyes III ang nilagay sa last name part)..pero syempre yung nilalagay ko talaga sa mga docs ko is "Reyes" lang yung last name tsaka sa first name ko ina-attach yung III (e.g. Michael III)..question ko is magiging problema po ba ito during the lodging of visa??kasi yung sa passport ko, first name is Michael III with last name Reyes..tapos yung sa birth certificate ko, first name is Michael lang and last name is "Reyes III"..sabi ko sa pinsan ko na nandoon na is parang formatting problem lng naman ito pero dino-double check ko lang ngayun in case maging issue siya..

@Xiaomau82 di ba siya magiging issue dahil magkaiba ang dalawa??i mean kung titingnan naman para nga talagang formatting issue lng siya..just making sure baka kasi ito pa magpadelay sa application..hehe

@kingmaling tama c @Xiaomau82 follow mo kung ano nsa passport. Saken di nmn nagkaproblema. May Jr din ako. Ung nsa BC nasa surname, sa passport nakasama s given name. Ok nmn kay CO saken

Ask ko lng, may nakapagpasa ba dito ng nbi clearance using their unmarried surname and tinaggap nman at naapprove pr visa. Dagdag gastos kc if papa change surname pa, nasa SG kc naka base.

Others confirmed that it's possible to have a medical check even though no ITA. Just to go to Health declaration right? Question: if you will be invited, how will you link the results to your 189/190 application? via HAP ID ba? (also for dependent's case)

I'm planning to do this in PH since I will go back for holidays.

How to regenerate HAP ID? Sinagot ko kasi Yes dun sa field kung na-admit sa hospital. Na-admit kasi ako for tonsillectomy 😃 then when I submit the application, yung admittance pala for prolong admission and major operation. HAHA.
