@aug88 no way you can check but sa immi account lang. I think pwede ka naman mag request na bigyan ka ng access ng agent mo

Nag-aapply ako for visa 189 under SOL, para makaclaim ako ng Partner Skill points kelangan din bang under SOL yung occupation nya? May nahanap kasi akong occupation na matching sa work ni hubby pero under CSOL.

@auitdreamer yes kailangan under sol din. Kung nasa csol yung occupation nya at ang occupation mo, under 190 ka lang pwede magclaim ng partner point. Dapat nasa same category yung both occupations para makaclaim.

@tweety11 salamat sa pagsagot 😃 sayang. Cguro subukan ko ding mag submit ng EOI pang 190 kaya lang sa Victoria namin gusto. Closed na 190 para sa occupation ko sa Vic hanggang June 2017.

@tweety11 diba normally, yung nasa SOL, is nasa CSOL din. So if primary applicant, apply as 190 dun sa kung saan available yung CSOL skill ni partner, is pede mag claim? So that will be additional 10 pts? 5 sa SS at 5 sa Partner skill?

@heprex, di ko sure kung lahat ng nasa sol eh nasa csol din. Di ko masyado chineck yun hehe. Pag both nasa csol, yes pwede magclaim ng 5points for partner at another 5points for SS.

Hello everyone! Kaming family of 3 (husband, wife, kid) will be applying for 189. Question lang sa pagfill out ng EOI:

Are there any family members the client would like to include in future application?
Would the client be accompanied by the client's partner in future application?

Do we answer YES or NO here? By future application, does this mean THIS application? Medyo confused lang.

Also, both 189 and 190 ba kelangan i-tick sa isang EOI or dapat separate?

May nakapansin ba na nalagay na ung Registered Nurse sa "pro rata" arrangement:

Nakakapagtaka lang na nandun na ung Registered Nurse kasi from what I see, nasa 16K ung allotted for invites and only about 1300 has been invited.

@towbee YES dapat. Pwede mo itick sabay ang 189 at 190. Downside lang is pag nainvite ka na sa 190 kunwari, di ka na maiinvite sa 189. Pwede ka naman gumawa separate EOIs for 189 at 190.

Sa mga nakapag first entry na sa Aus, after getting your visa grant, what is the next step?

Couple here working in Singapore na intended to go to Aus either from Singapore or from Philippines

What I only know sa ngyn is we need to get exit clearance from CFO
