Hi! Just a newbie here po. Ask ko lang po sana if malaki po ba chance makapasa sa skills assessment if hindi masyado related ang course ko sa current job ko? Graduate po ako ng BSIT but ang job ko po ay Civil CAD Draftsman..

@VirGlySyl you can claim only those employment that has been assessed by your assessing body. If you have new job after the assessment, you need a re assessment.

@VirGlySyl kapag nauna mo ma-superior ang PTE mo, kaya na abutin ang 75pts sa status mo ngayon. 🙂

@gibo ah Oo, on-going review na ako para sa 2nd PTE ko, at magtiis tiis lang ako sa current employer ko by march new milestone kaya aabot ako sa 80points sa 189.

pero baka magtagal pa din nmn ako dito dahil maluwag ang sched at work ko dito, dito na nga din ako gumawa ng CDR at PTE review sa reading at writing tapos sa bahay ang listening at speaking

Need help.

I got my ACS skills assessment 2 weeks ago. Positive response naman but they slashed 5yrs IT work experience which leaves me only 2.7yrs = 5pts lang. I need at least 10pts to reach 65pts requirement. i’m Planning to submit an appeal. Have you encountered this from one of your clients?

Yung mga show money for 190, pwede po ba house and lot naka mortgage sa pag ibig? Or car na naka carloan?

@cyborg5 I believe properties must be under your name. if it is under your name you should also declare the liability part. (asset: house/lot : Liability = mortgage payable /loan payable)

There is just so much to read and so many tips I get from this site so thank you for all those who shared and have given FREE advice to us Oz dreamers.

I know there is a thread here somewhere about whether someone like me, a dreamer, to use or not a migration agent in skilled migration but I want to know from this thread what you guys think. Would help me a lot and some other readers for sure.

if you dont have the time but you have the $, go for an agent,

if you have the $, - DIY, di naman ganung ka-complikado.

@Alessandro_Xen don't waste your time start asap gathering your documents. migration policies are constantly changing. ano nominated occupation mo? review and Take ka na ng English test habang gather mo documents mo at nag reresearch. hindi pede ang walang time at walang pera. kong may goal ka kaya gawan paraan yan. mga kapatid anong document/s ang needed para sa proof na may money ka for Visa 190 application? sa mga SG based, ubra ba gamitin as proof ang CPF contributions? or kailangan sa bank account lang? thanks in advance sa makakasagot 🙂

@ms_ane naka detail yan sa website kong saang state ka nag apply, for example yung akin sabi proof net assets hiningi, it was mentioned there, bank account, jewelries, car, house and lot. etc. with valuations.sa bank account we just provided bank statement.

may state na declaration lang ang hinihingi as proof of funds, stating na you have this much sa account mo.
