Hello po. Need your advise.

75 pts po kmi pag class 189 pero sabi sa iscah after 7 months pa maiinvite.

80 pts po kmi pag NSW class 190 and based on research, mas mabilis mainvite dto.

However, mas gustu namin sa victoria kaya class 189 sana. Wala kasi sa victoria ss yung occupation namin. Nsw lang

Ano po dapat stategy para mabilis at sana mapunta sa VIC? Thank you

Hi @milktea13 kung nonnegotiable sa inyo ang VIC, no choice talaga but to wait for 189. Baka you can apply separate eoi for 189 and 190 nsw. Di pa naman ata open ang NSW so baka matagalan din. If mainvite naman kayo sa NSW soon, 2 yrs lang naman sya na moral obligation sa state so kung willing kayo to wait, you can always move to VIC after the 2 yrs.

@milktea13 if you have read some news, they are tightening the rules and policies sa pag migrate sa AU. If goal nyo is maka pasok sa AU asap, doon na kau sa mas mabilis ma invite regardless anong visa. If you notice and EOI dati maka 60 lng pede na mag submit ngayon dapat 65 na. some state requires as high as 90 points before they will sponsor. Accountant now dapat maka 80 points para ma invite... trends is against us prospective immigrants.. kaya kong ako doon na sa kong saan mapadali ang pag pasok sa AU na visa.

@milktea13 @batman I agree, you cannot afford to be too choosy these days. Time is ticking and anytime, these states and territories can freely change their migration scheme as they wish was though any prior notice at all.

@milktea13 definitely not. No point doing that. If you opt for diy, my best advice is to do thorough research. This approach you’re thinking is definitely bound to get things messy for you. I always tell people, best to do it right the first time.

@milktea13 pwede na gumawa pero di pa pwede isubmit. Very particular sila, dapat may positive outcome ka na sa lahat before submitting eoi

yung points mo na claimed like

age, skilled occupation, degree, PTE. lahat ng supporting documents na patunay sa mga claimed points mo. basically, passports, BC, assessment, PTE result, school docs etc.

I know that other funds component for QLD are items you hold overseas. The question is what proof to show? Is car registration good enough? Or should it be have some kind of valuation for its worth? Same with house and lot.

@cyborg5 sinama ko din lot and car pero sa NT naman yun. Tinanggap naman nila. I presented car insurance for the proof of value ng car. tpos deed of sale sa lot. which shows the amount nun binili ko pa sya. I did not bother to get the current market value for the land kasi na cover na naman yung amount na need ko, though land value appreciate as time goes, Lalo na pag naging city na ang isang place.

@RheaMARN1171933 nakapagsubmit na kami kay ea. Waiting for outcome nalang. Does it mean na kay ea mang gagaling yung link to akillselect and details?

@chyrstheen bali hindi naman ipprovode ni EA yung details (like username) sa skillselect dba? Si immiaccount independent account kay skillselect? May ibibigay ba na details si skillselect pag invited me? Tahi ba sila?

@milktea13 not at all. EA is the assessing authority and has nothing to do with immigration department. You need to lodge your EOI independently.
