@fullmetal_nell - welcome to the forum! 🙂 nothing wrong with having your wife as the prmary applicant; i know a lot (myself included) whose wife are the primary applicant to a visa application.

not familiar with the process for nurse but i think your wife needs to enrol first in a bridging course in australia as PH degrees are somehow not recognize down under. for further information, you can probably direct specific queries to the nursing threads here in the forum. i am sure the people there would be more than helpful to assist you in your queries and doubts.

Thanks @psychoboy! Mas maganda kasi ang credentials nya sakin lalo na sa school. so iniisip namin na mas ok pag sya. Will find the nurses thread para may maakatulong. right now IELTS ang pinaghahandaan namin. 😃

Yes or a cheaper solution would be to provide a certification from your spouse's school that English as the mode of instruction.

Sa mga nakapag-submit na po ng docs sa DIAC under new system, puro scanned certified true copy po ba ang sinend nyo? I mean dapat may tatak na certified true copy?... before kasi scanned original lang ok na diba... parang may nabasa kasi ko sa skillselect info na dapat certified true copy... I'm not sure tuloy kung need ko na din ipa-CTC yung ibang docs like passport, payslip, etc.

hi po uli! Naguguluhan kasi pa din ako.. mag-aapply din kasi kami ng bf ko thru agency. Bali primary applicant bf ko kasi mas madami n syang work experience so para mas mataas n yung points. Pero nagpapa-assess p din ako s vetasses as chemist. Pero wala ako plan n mag-ielts. OK lang b yun? Saka possible din ba na makuha ako ng bf ko if kahit hindi naman kami magkasama s bahay?

A colored scan of your documents will be sufficient... Pwede din yung may CTC na tatak! 🙂

If you need to claim Partner Points = 5pts, kailangan ng Assessment and IELTS.. check nyo po ang points system at ang mga definition.. so kung hindi naman kayo mag claim ng partner points hindi na kailangan mag pa-assess..

Each skilled employment reference must contain:

 Start & Finish Dates of Employment

 Description of Duties Performed

 Hours worked - Full time or Part time

 Country where Employment was Completed

 Company Letterhead and signed by the author

Confirm ko lang po so I need to give this format to the companies of my husband. Kailangan lahat sila magbigay ng ganyan. Thanks!

I just have a problem one of the companies of my husband refused to give him a COE so does it mean need na lang namin siyang tanggalin sa experience niya? Thanks in Advance!

@snowyice hi.. may specific thread po ang ACS .. i suggest you do back reading sa mga tips dun..

a) hindi po necessary ung format, yung information po ang pinakaimportante.. yes each cert of employment should have those required information..

b) several consideration bago nyo tanggaling ang work experience kung walang job description

relevant ba sa nominated occupation, kung oo, hindi dapat tanggalin
pag tinanggal ba, eh pasok pa rin ang years of work exp, (ACS and DIAC's point system)
may mga suggestions po kung anu pwede gawin kung hindi makapagbigay ang company ng detailed COE (pwede magbigay ng statement ang manager, supv, or colleague)
