Question lang:

Yung college degree ko kasi is in management but I was able to get a diploma course in IT (three months classroom training) with valid certificates. Eversince, I have been working in the IT industry. Do I still need to apply for the RPL or pede ako pa-assess under

the skills assessment and submit the certifications?

Hi! Sa mga na visa grant, kelangan po ba talaga na valid ng at least 2 years un passport bago ka nila bigyan ng gsm visa? Mageexpire kase un passport namin mag-asawa ng Apr 2015, so dapat before Apr 2013 maapprove un visa application ko, tama ba? Kaso manganganak ako ng April 2013, hintay ko pa passport ng baby ko, by that time less than 2 years na un validity ng passport namin. Please advise po, thank u! 🙂

The passport should be the passport you will use to travel to Australia if a visa is granted and should be valid for an adequate period (it is recommended this be at least 2 years). In particular, you will need to present your passport and those for all family members included in your application to the doctor when you have your medical examination.

You will need to provide the department with a copy of the personal particulars page of the passport(s) and of any stamps or authorisations that amend these details (such as passport validity extensions). If you or any family member, do not currently hold a passport, or need to extend or renew a passport, please do so now and provide copies of the relevant pages.</i>.

@mrs_sharky - ang alam ko po pag buntis, i-defer muna ang health exam hanggang after manganak... may nabasa po ako dito na nagka CO na sila pero un nga po, hinintay pa after manganak, dahil hindi yata pwede mag medical exam pag buntis...

regarding passport, don't worry too much about that.. in case kumuha kayo ng bagong passport, may fill-up lang kayong form to inform the CO (before, during the processing or after ma-grant ang visa nyo)..

thank you @lock_code2004!!! 🙂 Ayaw ko pa kase magrenew ng passport kase gusto ko sana un married name ko na ilagay pagkarenew, eh magcoconflict naman sa au visa application ko. Tsaka oo nga eh, nalungkot din ako nung nalaman ko may chest xray required, di pwede sa buntis. Kaya instead na go-go-go ako sa pag-apply, mukhang magrerest muna ako mga 1-2 months hehe 🙂

para atleast may CO kana... at medical na lang ang kulang...

after mo manganak... ayos na agad...

tanong po ulit about the certificate of employment:

(1) Paano kung 2 pages sya, dapat pirmahan ng HR lahat ng pages?

(2) pano kung yung HR ay Senior Executive lang and let say sya na highest HR personnel na available? May nakalagay kasi na "references from colleagues at the same level or below are not suitable", baka ndi maniwalang walang HR manager dun....

(3) Pwede bang lagyan pa ng isang pirma as acknowledge by the director or owner yung letter? And un nga need both pages meron?

(4) Indi ko nagets yung cover page, applicable ba yun sa maraming company na napasukan or even sa different positions sa isang company?

(5) Nakalagay dun dapat nakastate daw yung hours per fortnight (2 weeks so meaning.. 160 hours per 2 weeks kung 8 hours per week?

(6) Last, nakalagay din dun sa VETASSESS yung about sa "salary earned" ano yun ung annual income lang like monthly salary x 12 + 13th month? Or it should be how much you earned from the whole years of stay?

Mas mataas na position ang mag-sign, mas okay syempre..
HR lang pwede na.. bakit kailangan pa ng director.. well unless gusto mo pahirapan sarili mo.. 😉
Kung marami kang company napasukan, lagyan mo ng cover page ang lahat ng documents about that job.. example:
Cover Page Job A (then i clip mo all COE+Job Desc+Payslip or other proof of employment for Job A),
then Cover Page Job B (clips all docs for Job B)
Yes, requirement ng VETASSESS yan.. Mali ang computation mo.. 8hrs x 5 working days/week x 2 weeks = 80 hrs every 2 weeks (fortnightly)
Most companies will put it per month, tapos naka details din yung mga ibang bonuses.. or pwede nmn yearly na nila ilagay.. it does not matter.. basta tama ang nakalagay sa COE and payslip if ever they will do verification..

yung HR Sr. Exective kasi parang mas mataas yung post ko dun dati.. kaya baka biglang invalid pala...kaya naisip ko papirmahin ung direct boss... pag original na ito diba di ko na need ipacertify? After VETASSESS kailangan ko din ba ito pag nag-apply na ako sa diac? para 2 copies na hihingin ko... hehehe

@plokie - okay lang yun basta galing sa HR.. ang hindi acceptable is someone from your team na same level or lower sa yo...

if you are going to submit the original, i don't think kailangan pa ng ipa-CTC..

pero kailangan mo din yan for your personal recodr.. example mag-aaply kana work sa AU..

kaya nga ang suggestion is get 1 copy (don't submit the original), and then photocopy it for the CTC, at yung CTC ang isusubmit sa VETASSESS..

ung sa DIAC, you will just scan the original.. and upload to the online visa application..

isa pa.. sorry.. yung birth cert from NSO, diba certified true copy din yun? pero parang walang details of certifier un e... Kung passport ang gagamitin ko for VETASSESS walang issue diba? tpos yung scan copy ng birth cert ko from NSO ung pde ko isubmit sa DIAC..

For DIAC, yes pwede na ang <b>colored</b> scan copy ng passport and BC from NSO...
