tanong po ulit about the certificate of employment:
(1) Paano kung 2 pages sya, dapat pirmahan ng HR lahat ng pages?
(2) pano kung yung HR ay Senior Executive lang and let say sya na highest HR personnel na available? May nakalagay kasi na "references from colleagues at the same level or below are not suitable", baka ndi maniwalang walang HR manager dun....
(3) Pwede bang lagyan pa ng isang pirma as acknowledge by the director or owner yung letter? And un nga need both pages meron?
(4) Indi ko nagets yung cover page, applicable ba yun sa maraming company na napasukan or even sa different positions sa isang company?
(5) Nakalagay dun dapat nakastate daw yung hours per fortnight (2 weeks so meaning.. 160 hours per 2 weeks kung 8 hours per week?
(6) Last, nakalagay din dun sa VETASSESS yung about sa "salary earned" ano yun ung annual income lang like monthly salary x 12 + 13th month? Or it should be how much you earned from the whole years of stay?
