No, because di na satisfy yung 16 calendar months of study kung 1 year lang ang studies mo.

@superluckyclover thank u po. Another thing, nung nag pa assess ako sa anmac hiningan ako ng reference letter from my previous employer to support my claim under anzsco RN medical. Yung nkalagay sa LOD ko “suitable for migration” but also it was stated that the assessment has been made based on my Australian registration documents. Does that mean di ko pwede ilagay sa EOI ung employment history ko? Kasi di sya stated sa skills assessment ko? Any idea po? Salamat 😊

For sure no harm meant. I just had to quickly jump in before people get confused. Technically this is possible but risky for DIY’s so best to consult an expert before doing this. I find ISCAH somehow a bit irresponsible for posting something that can lead to misinterpretations - it also got us agents to investigate on facts. The most accurate source of information is the immigration website in lieu of an official advice from the professionals. The rest of the sources shall require validation first

Sa mga naghihintay po ng SC 189 grants, meron na bang nainvite also for 491 (on a different EOI)?

I made another EOI while waiting for SC 189 grant thinking of other options and hoping na mainvite for 190 but I was invited for 491 instead.

Question: Wala namang mangyayari if I'll just ignore the 491 invitation diba?

Depends if your nominated occupation requires job offer dapat may employer kana para ma invite ng 491.

Opo, I was already invited sa 189 (different EOI) and already lodged my application, so waiting for grant na but I was just thinking of other options kaya gumawa ako ng ibang EOI (kasi expire na yung isa sa 189) and was invited for 491.

I see. 263111 and Victoria (Geelong) po yung target ko na pag applyan. Based sa website nila need ng evidence ng offer of employment. Kapag ganun sir need mag hanap muna ng employer bago makapag apply for 491 nu po?

Mate you were just wasting your time for another eoi if you had lodge 189 already. 189 was the best offer/option. Cheers.

Hi, newbie here. I am planning on applying for 189 or 190 visa. Currently nagpaplan ako magtake ng IELTS either this January or Feb. Curious lang about sa process nung sa IELTS lalo na sa point system hehe. Planning din kasi ako to combine my scores with my partner and sabay kami magexam. May 5 yrs work experience ako as a Software Engineer and siya naman almost 7 yrs work exp as a Copywriter naman.

Nagbabasa basa at nagbabackread ako and marami na din ako nabasang success stories. :smile:

190 is state sponsored,yes, by state ang application for 190. Pag na bigyan na ng state sponsorship may visa application pa which is sa immigration na.

@RheaMARN1171933 as much as I want to start Asap, limited funds is what’s stopping me but I’ve begun to collect documents for Skills Assessment if that helps 🙂 which leads me to my other question:

What if my company didn’t pay for taxes so I didn’t have BIR in my first job and I do not have copies of my last payslips, would a COE suffice? Also, what other docs could serve as proof of my employment? So far I only have COE and BIR in my 2nd, 3rd and current job.
