Inquire ko po, I am lodging a 491 visa, saan ko po iattach yung Form 80, Form 1221, and Form 1281?

Pinapaattach rin pala ng picture? Paano po yung picture? Kasama po ba na nascan yung likod ng picture

na nakasulat ang name mo and signature and declaration na sa iyo yung picture?

Meron jan attachment for form 80, the rest ng forms sa others na.. scan the pics lang, diko na include ang likod, meron naman kasi passport biopage na ako yun. Pero depende po senyo.

Ang ibig sabihn po ba ito kailangan ko pa magpapicture ng passport size? Then iscan then iattach sa application?

Wala naman ako nakitang others, dun ko sana ilalagay yung Form 80? and yung other forms.

Yes passport size na pic. Meron po yan, check mabuti..

What will happen if you have duplicate files in the uploading of documents?

Do I need to write a letter or not? It is just a guide when you submit duplicate files, there will be a maximum of 60 with allowance if you add a duplicate file.

Oo may mga files na ulit ulit upload like passport. Yes 60 lang ang max kaya need imerge pag sa iisang folder lang sya..

Hello po. Magtatanong lang po kung how does DHA prioritise visa applicants? Depende po ba sa visa type or occupation? Nagcheck kasi ako sa immitracker and madami pa back logs ang visa 189 pero recently may nagrant po na kakalodge lang ng Jan 2020 po. Medyo discourage lang kasi bakit ganun. Salamat po ng madami.

Follow up question lang din po sa tanong ni @kars usually po ba mga ilang months hintayan ng visa 190 ngayon? Depende rin po ba sa occupation? At mas mabilis po ba processing ng 190 sa 189 o halos pareho lang

@kars @NickoDG Yan ang walang makakasagot. Kung meron man ang DHA lang. Just wait and keep praying!! Darating yan sa araw na hindi mo aasahan..

@kars if the points of the Jan 2020 applicant is higher than the last invited applicant for that occupation sa Jan 2020 na invitation round, then definitely maiinvite cya for the Feb 2020 invitation round.

or am i missing an info for that invited Jan 2020 applicant?

@frisch24 granted na po yung visa 189 na nakita ko sa immitracker na naglodge lang nitong Jan 2020 po. Kapag naglodge na po ba ng visa, by points pa din ang pag grant?

@lecia What I mean is that I uploaded same file in Others folder. I uploaded 4 documents twice in the Others folder?

What will I do?

In my ITR, I submitted the Date issued on my CTC is the same that I signed the document?

Do I need to form 1023 including scanned ITR highlighted in yellow with error, and CTC of the document para isang basa na CO? Magkaiba kasi ang Date Issued and Date signed, Nailagay ko na parehas.

Paano pala yung 4 na files na naduplicate ko na isend twice lang.

@kars ah, grant... not by points, pero kung kelan mo nacomplete yung documents mo.

Like for my case and my friend's, nainvite at natapos nya yung pagpasa ng documents nya Sept. 2019. Akin, 1 month after nainvite and natapos sa pagpasa ng documents, Oct. 2019. Pinamedical cya ng CO ng Nov 2019 pero nadelay kasi may issue daw sa HAP ID kaya nakapag medical cya Dec 2019. Pinamedical ako ng CO ng Dec 2019 and nagawa ko nmn within the same month. Jan 2020, same day nagrant yung visa namin.

@kars **magkaiba nga pla kami ng points. pero parehas kaming 190 NSW na Web Developer.

I don’t think it would be a big issue unless your points got affected because of it. Just write a letter explaining this

Can I use this for Form 1023 and included in one file is the document that needs to be corrected

and the proof of the document?

Example: Tax Document, I wrote incorrect date issued of CTC,

I will attach the Form 1023, tax document highlighted in yellow for the correction of error, and the scanned copy of city all in one file, and uploaded it in others?

hello tanong ko lang po. Yung coe po ba sa lahat ng work niyo na sinubmit niyo sa dha ay current/latest date? Ex po past employer ko nung 2015 nagbigay naman po ng coe noong 2015. Ok lang po ba na iyun ang sinubmit ko sa visa lodgement? Or kailangan ko po ba magrequest ng latest dated reference letter kahit na 2015 pa ako resigned. Salamat po 🙏🏻

Ang ibig nya iask is, anu ang mga criteria ng CO na mag grant kagad ng application? Madami ang backlogs, til now June-July 2019 pa lang ang inaasikaso nila.

Pero meron daw sa immitracker na jan 2020, pero na grant na recently...

@kars wag ka na tingin dun.. hehehe pray and divert yourself lang. anu ng month lodging mo? Darating din yan, keep positive lang!
