Same way you created your first EOI. Just do it all over again, there will be a different EOI # generated for you. You can use the same email address too.

Same way you created your first EOI. Just do it all over again, there will be a different EOI # generated for you. You can use the same email address too.

I created EOI for 190 NSW. For example po na-nominate po ako, ano po ung required documents na i-submit?

Skills assessment
Employment documents (offshore and onshore)
PTE/english assessment
Identity documents
proof of residency (i'm currently onshore)

For example lang ah (not saying na ito ang dapat na occupation niya, example lang):

Hindi ko gamay yung specifics ng pag-process ng application with a dependent, pero yes, basta nagrreflect sa application na spouse ka — need lang yata magprovide ng documents to prove that. Good luck! 🙂

Hello.. Need your advice po please. Nakareceive na po husband ko ng ITA, kaso di nya napansin na nung Oct 6 pa pala, kahapon lang nakita. So meron na lang kaming 18 days to process all the requirements to lodge, ang problema po eh yung PTE nya and EA (CDR) 2018 pa, so over 3 years na.

Question po, kelangan po ba magretake sya ng PTE and mag renew ng EA? Thanks po.

You’ll need to let the invite go. The regulations state that the skills assessment outcome must be valid at time of invite. Validate your documents then lodge another EOI, that’s the best way to do it. All the best.

Hi I would like to ask po regarding sa ACS skills assessment requirements for payment evidence, since atleast 2 payment evidence po ang need, ang problem ko po kasi dun sa payslip ko from my previous employers, hindi na po sila makapagprovide sakin ng payslip wherein yung payslip lang na nakuha ko is wala name ni emplyoyer and also dun sa bank statement po for may payroll wala dn po yung name ni employer, can I just get it certified instead na lang or others like SSS/pagibig contribution can also accepted as payment evidence na indicated name ni employer as contributor? TIA

Unfortunately, the answer is yes to all your questions. Tiwala lang po, maiinvite pa din yan.

No other choice I’m afraid…either you go ahead and throw the visa application fee down the drain or do things right your end and gamble your opportunity again. It’s a painful learning but much painful if your visa is refused.

The importance of updating the EOI is explained on the government website as well as the eligibility requirement for the visa application. These things have been made known by the Deartment and nit something kept from candidates.

Hello. Pwede bang mag process ng NBI clearance ahead of time before pa mag invite ng visa lodging application? Uuwi kasi ako sa December pero wala pang visa lodging invite at the moment. Bale i-ready ko lang just in case mainvite soon and hindi na need umuwi sa Pinas ulit.
