mabini don’t focus on the visa type…focus on sorting your documents required for PR visa. As a registered migration agent myself with 15 years in practice and running my firm for over 10 years now…we never box clients to a particular visa. At EOI state, we strategise.

Be open for all skilled visa possible and wait which one first comes back to you then grab it. Fixating to one visa limits your chances. Also, points do not matter much for 190 and 491. With the right strategy, I’ve had clients invited even in 65 points!

casssie that’s correct…but just be mindful that processes do change frequently and important to find a way if the information they are getting are the updated ones. Insights here are very helpful but make sure to check information from official sources.

Hello! May I ask for your help pls?
I received my SA 491 pre-invitation today. While filling out the partner details, the form asks for my husband’s passport number.
He recently renewed his passport, and his old passport is already cancelled/expired. The new passport will be released on May 20, but my SA application deadline is within 10 days.
Can I enter his old passport number for now and update it once the new passport is released?

Also, I have a friend who submitted her EOIs last 2024 pero until now di pa din sya naiinvite. She didnt disclose to me ilang points ang nakuha nya, and meron din siyang agency na nag help sakanya. I am targeting na maka max points sa lahat ng pwede ko makuha para mas mataas ang chances mainvite.
