@ady- nope they didnt send me any notifications or anything even though i paid additional to vfs to inform me via text. lol.

i just called the nso hotline, then confirmed to vfs, same thing with my medical, i confirmed first to the clinic then to vfs but unfortunately they said they have no way to check if the medical result was already sent but surely it was because the clinic directly sends the result once its completed 🙂

@chachi24 40sp is lodge together with 47sp or else the vfs or IMMI will not acknowledge ur visa application

Hi po sa lahat. Granted na po ang visa ko pero we need to change my husbands address kasi lumipat na sila ng ibang bahay. Ano po gagawin

@chachi24 and @happy_gal. Kala ni partner kasi ok na ung form na pina fill up sa kanya sa online. Pero may acknowledgement namin na binigay si IMMI after ko masubmit nung june 16.

Hi, there everyone..

I'm a newbie here.. Anyhow, My husband emailed the embassy on October 5, 2015 to ask whether I still need to submit any documents or not.. October 12, they replied saying "Our records indicate that your application is progressing. All submitted documents have been considered and there are no outstanding documents needed from your end at this stage in the assessment." and "Please wait for advice from your case officer should a decision be forthcoming. Once the decision has been finalised, it will be communicated to the applicant immediately."

I'm dying to be with my husband.. We've been in a long distance relationship for almost 3 years now, though he visits me twice a year but its still different.

Who else submitted their application around May or June? Any news?? Hoping to hear the good news very soon.. **fingers crossed

You're not alone in your situation @Nikkicagu. We've been waiting for almost 10months. Been to Aus back and forth - same with my husband he's been visiting here twice a year. More patience 😉

@shunix Cool, thanks for the info.. upon reading the posts here, the average of granting a visa here in Phils is 10 months, yeah?

@Nikkicagu Yes you can apply tourist visa while still waiting for your PV. They will email you anyway to return to Philippines before they grant your PV subclass 309 application. We can't really tell the exact month when our visa will be granted because every case is different. But if you look at other's timeline, yes mostly it's around 10months. The maximum I know is 13 months of waiting til its granted - so we can't really tell. Let's just wait and pray it gets granted and it will come out asap. Goodluck to all of us! Cheers.

@nikkicagu no update or anything from IMMI yet. It is frustrating but we are hoping the good news will be soon. I will be visiting my partner next month and will be using my tourist visa. But we are hoping the partner visa will be granted before my flight so I can start using.
