Hi guys, just giving you a heads up that my visa has been granted yesterday.

Lodged: January 20, 2015

Granted: November 16, 2015

Subclass 309/100

hi newbie here! anyone dito na naging CO si Julieta?

@don2 Hello po! PMV applicant po ako, I think siya po ang CO ko kasi nung nag email po ako kanila nung September to check if okay lang na lumagpas na yung date ng wedding namin na nakalagay sa NOIM, siya po yung nagreply sakin at sa fiance ko kaya sabi ko baka sya nga yung CO ko pero di naman po sya nag bigay ng status sa application ko. Never po kasi nag email sakin ang immigration kahit tungkol sa requirements kaya nung nagworry ako, ako na mismo nag email sakanila. Kamusta po sya as CO?

@chachi24 sya yung nag interview sa akin via phone. 1st week of november lang and shes asking for additional requirments. Meron akong immig agent nag handle ng application ko.

@don2 Ayy may interview pa po sa phone yung sa iyo? Whaa. June ka po nag lodge diba? Tapos November lang sya nanghingi ng additional requirements. Ang tagaaaal 🙁 Sana mabilis naman po sya mag approve.

@chachi24 advice ng agent ko is abutin ng 10 months kc madami daw applicant ngayun, pero nag apply na ako ng tourist visa nitong end of october while on process yung subclass 309 ko.

We just need to be patient at darating din yun araw na magrant mga PV visa natin. But hoping here na sana between 9-12mos. My hubby counting the days,he put in his mind 9mos. Lol I told him just wait. I read from other forums na may priorities daw sa pag grant ng visa? Depende sa status ng sponsor?

@don2 grabe tagal nga po no. Pero may nagsabi naman sakin na mas mabilis iapprove ang PMV kesa sa Spouse Visa kasi yung sa spouse daw permanent visa na yata agad. Sana magrant na yung sakin nalagpasan na nga po yung date ng kasal dapat namin e. Haaays.

@chachi24 hap Id lang ba dinala mo sa st lukes malate nung nag pa medical ka or nag pa apoitment ka pa? hndi ko pa kc nakaka usap agent ko. pero i think mas maganda early morning andun ka na kc sa dami ng kkha ng medical.

@don2 Pede po mag online registration. Dala ko po nung yung referral letter na nakuha ko online sa emedical. Tapos yung printed na online registration form and yung documents needed po like passport, picture and yung photocopy. Check nyo po dito yung guidelines para mas sure po 🙂 Dito lang po ako nag base lahat e.

@don2. Julieta is the CO who emailed me my PV grant letter. But the CO who asked for my additional documents was Melody, so I was under the impression that Melody was my CO. But anyway, we can't really tell how they process the visa and who did it, the bottom line is that you guys will receive your grant asap. But these days, its under the 10th month mark.

Guys don't believe sa iba na it depends sa status ng sponsor or etc. Whatever information that you read from the Australian Embassy site with regards to visa application requirement, yun yung paniwalaan nyo, wag ibang tao.

Cheers and my advice is more more more patience lang talaga! Xx

Who applied directly at the Australian embassy??.. We called VFS they told us that our application was lodged directly at the Australia embassy..

9months and 12 days!! Still waiting!:-) I hope it will be grAnted before the 10th month.:-)
