attach your photo to a white bond paper...

then yung stamp ng notary, medyo ipa-stamp mo sa side na matamaan yung picture mo..

then sulatan mo ng details mo (name/address/contact info/signature..

Guys may mga nadeny na ba dito ng visa dahil may outstanding credit card debt dito sa Pinas?

Kung pagbabasehan yung requirements sa booklet wala naman akong nakita patungkol sa credit standing...pero curious lang ako kasi guilty ako e 🙂

Guilty meaning what @altuser41? Credit card debt is not bad, in fact debt is the engine of growth for all major economies... However if may tinatakasan ka na debt, ibang usapan yun.

Wala naman credit check sa visa application; but for certain job when you arrive here in australia, meron mga ganitong checks and if you can't satisfy their requirement, bye bye offer kaagad yun.

Hence the worry in me that they might check into my credit standing while assessing my application and might turn out againsts my favor.

For that certain job that you mentioned, can you tell if those are Government jobs? 🙂

Parang unfair naman yata kung makakaaffect sa job offer, paano pa makakabayad kung hindi sila mageemploy ng applicant na may utang.

As I have said @altuser41, walang problema marami ka utang... Di naman credit company ang DIAC; however, if tinatakasan mo ang mga ito hence causing default, hindi ito tama... 🙂 Even tantamount to stealing diba?

I work for a financial service firm, very strict sila dito and they require credit check to ensure that you are credit worthy for the firm to employ. 🙂

Hello, I am just new here. Would like to know if how to start in applying for migrating in Australia as skilled worker. At the moment, I am a Telecom engineer dito sa middle east for 5yrs and 32yrs old...Prior to this nag-work din ako Phil as telecom engineer. Would you think I may qualify to apply? IELTS details are needed when you create your EOI...

I just newly joined on this site! Thank God mga pinoys nag share ng mga tips/info to help others.

May question po ako, kasi mag apply pa lng ako papunta sa Australia.

May chance po ba ako maqualify kahit under graduate ako pero naka 2 yrs din (wla lng diploma /certificate) ? Meron certificate for short course ng IELTS -dubai)

Na advise kasi sa akin ng nexus immigration (dito yan sa pinas) na mas madali daw student visa kaso ang laki ng pera na magagamit?

Secretarial at Masscomm po yung courses ko kaso di ko parehas natapos. ano po pwedeng course ang iapply ko pag nag aral ako ng short course dyan? please advise po, kasi pinagiipunan ko pa yung panggagastos ko papunta dyan.

By the way, ex-OFW po ako from Dubai -8 years (hotel and admin job experienced) and Singapore 2 years (telcom customer service agent) nandito na po ako sa pinas mag 2 years na.

Sana po may makaadvice sa akin. (excited much na po ako makapunta dyan!)

@Janet_0214: I would say it is a mixture of luck and on how strong your credentials are; the thing here in Australia is that are competing with people from all over the world and most of the time they require local experience...

Based on personal experience though, we really had to take a small step backward from our last experience in Singapore just so we can be able to dip our feet in the water and get that necessary local experience.

All the best, which phase are you in now? You have PR visa already or still contemplating?

I agree about what you have said, and that applies not only on aus but to all the countries. You have to compete with other nationalities..

I'd rather take the risk I guess.. 🙂

Will now be submitting my skills assessment, once I passed (if Gods will), what will be the next process? Pano ako mag aaply for estate sponsorship? Or the next step will be skillselect agad tas specify ko lang don ung estate na prefer ko? Please guide me with the process.. Ung Booklet 6 kase does not specify the detail of this process.

Visa 190 po ang SS..
