Hello mga ka 2335! Kamusta po? Ako stuck sa 80 points, waiting pa sa english test ng husband. Then kahapon ko lang nalaman online na pala NAATI. Ok na kaya ang 90pts sa ANZSCO natin? Parang gusto ko na din magprocess pa Canada nalang.

Try to aim for 90 points at least. Second option ko rin po yung CA. Hehehee

Canada is easy if you have immediate relatives, education, or job offer/experience there (thru PNP option), but if none, it's a lot tougher than AU in comparable circumstances: no relatives, no local education, no job offer/experience.

Check if you can reach a CRS point of 480. That's the current minimum threshold of people getting invited in Canada.

hello! im not sure if this is the right thread but magtatanong lang in behalf of my nephew. he is a graduate of mechanical engineering and have 3 years work experience. would appreciate if meron makakabigay sakin ng information kung anong bago ngayon and the process in applying for a visa. salamat sa mga sasagot. 🙂

Mainly para po sa mga employer sponsored. Ipprioritize daw yung processing at travel exemption. Pero most of us think na malaki rin impact ng list sa invites for 189/190.

Hi po. I actually filled up an express entry form for Canada but I don't have a job offer and the only relatives they consider is your brother or sister so my cousins living there would not be counted. Then I realized na you have to apply for skills assessment for every state you want to apply in. Tough luck pero let's see. Will the AU govt release new guidelines once mafinalize na ang 2021 budget?

HI po. You can check po the immi website to know which visas would apply for your nephew. Very easy po to navigate and understand. But I guess ang dapat paghandaan nya ay ang Engineers Australia Skill Assessment. English test is common for all naman po.

Marami pang uncertainties. Abangan sa October. For now, empower yourself with knowledge and familiarise with steps to obtain points. Consider migrating to regional areas din for better chances.

My employer is sponsoring my and I have been with them since March 2019, doesnt make sense if we have to get a skills assessment from a third party entity to see if I have the relevant skills to perform the job I have been doing for almost 2 years? You would need to discuss it with them then to clarify it. I’m pretty sure they are being guided by an immigration specialist so there must be a reason why they are asking for it.

Sorry for the confusion, I haven't lodged my application yet. I was just asking if it was a requirement as there was a comment in another thread that he, a mechanical engineer, was asked for a skills assessment, turns out he just forgot and he told me he wasnt asked for one. He had a skills assessment though and he submitted it with his application.

Hi po. Pareho po tayong ME. Been sitting on 90pts since June pero waley pa rin. Medyo unpredictable yung invitation sa atin kahit pa nasa PMSOL tayo. Try to add more points po like NAATI CCL test. All the best! 😊
