hello there...sa experience ko po, when i first created my EOi, na-YES ko po to pero i was checking my EOI status halos everyday and may message ako that i should re-check this part since i should have ticked NO kse wala akong Australian education...tricky kse sya eh...so, ang nangyari po I was invited pero i had no choice but to wait for my invitation to expire para ma-edit ko ang EOI ko...so that I did or else, hindi siguro ako na-grantng visa ngayon...

I think pop sir baka hindi po maco-consider ni CO yung 5 points claim nyo dun kung talagang walang Australian study...better po find another way to claim your 5 points...

@staycool - if you read @MJQ79 's latest reply... 75 pts nmn ang EOI nya...

tapos pag inalis un AU study na 5pts .. eh magiging 70... so pasok pa rin limit..

@lock_code2004 makikigulo lang konti. pagkakaalam ko based sa mga nabasa ko - dapat walang discrepancy sa points claimed and points "proven". kahit over 60pts pa after alisin yung points incorrectly claimed.

@GoodLuckAU ideally dapat ganun. Pero as far as i can remember, si @amcasperforu may wrong claimed points din sya pero binigyan sya ng CO ng chance para i-allocate sa iba ung points na yun. So depende din tlga sa CO mo.

@jengrata pero in the end yung kay amcas same pts pa rin unlike sa nagbago/nagiba yung pts claimed... i might be wrong though.. just my thougts..

@jengrata yup, kelangan maka-reach ka pa rin ng points na ni-claim mo when you submitted the EOI. the CO will give you a chance to do so.

Makikisali, I think its because automatic ang invitation round, meaning based on points ang invitation so if yung clinaim mo na points is not really your points parang you unintentionally cheated and skipped the queue on the invitation round, but I hope it will be considered since konti lang naman ang above 60 specially yung mga naka70 points so I don't think you're cheating anyone out from the queue since you still deserved to be invited. @lock_code2004 kung wala talaga try na lang ni @MJQ79 na makiusap kay CO. Pero kung di pumayag then withdraw na lang nya application nya then apply na lng ulit, kung puede. Sayang naman kasi yung visa fee.

Kaso kung magrere-apply wouldn't the new VISA charges take effect? i.e may bayad na spouse and kids. Sana maconsider ni CO, sayang din kasi ang time to reprocess.

yup, may nangyaring ganito dito sa forum.. i forgot kung sino..

nag-withdraw/refund... pero matagal yata ung refund..

so kung mag-reapply, kailangan gumastos ulit ng bagong visa fee, while waiting for the refund..

pero ang best na pwedeng mangyari, eh maconsider nga ng CO...

eto nahanap ko na si @InhinyeroAko... same case.. wrong claim of AU educ qual 5pts..

winidraw application at nagparefund.. yung 2nd EOI nya tama na.. at visa grant na rin sya..

thanks lock, any chance na ma-deny ang visa grant due to this condition or this the worst that can happen (delayed visa grant) ?

I think hindi naman magiging problema yung weight lang ang problema for as long as walang ibang condition na makita relating to your weight like HBP or Diabetes.

how long ba ang max and min days/months of waiting na magka CO based sa mga members dito? Hindi ba magka CO pag wala pang medical? Thanks!
