Visa Subclass 189 Skilled – Independent

Priority Group 4

Within 8 weeks of lodgement

190 Skilled - Nominated

Priority Group 3

Within 5 weeks of lodgement

Puede k ng magkaCO kahit wala pang medical. Irerequest naman ni CO mo yun pag nakita nyang di mo pa nagagawa. Ganun nangyari sa amin.

Thanks @jengrata! Max of 2months pala hihintayin ko para magka CO. Pero, ikaw 8 days lang! Amazing! Maybe because 75pts ka, ang taas. I just lodged my 189 visa today with 65pts. Sana naman d aabutin ng 2months.

@rguez06 Yes it is but in my case NHS returned it to me as the form is no longer necessary since it went online according to them. Just bring it with you just the same to be sure.

I think hindi naman magiging problema yung weight lang ang problema for as long as walang ibang condition na makita relating to your weight like HBP or Diabetes.</blockquote>

Bmi – body mass index

A-Grade: Stable weight, or obesity without complications

B-grade: Unexplained weight loss, or obesity with complications known or suspected.

Provide details, relevant test results, and estimation of treatment needs.

@legato09 batchmate... still looking sa ibang possibilities na ma identify ang educational attainment ko as Aqf Bachelors degree...

Nag email ako ng ilang beses sa ACS to somehow provide me a letter stating na equivalent ang qualifications ko to AQF Bachelors degree since yun ang gusto ni CO to claimed the required 15pts. Ang sabi ni Acs un lang daw ang ma provide nila and they cant combined qualifications. Sobrang nakakalito ang guidelines nila.

Now I am looking for other assessing body or other options... Baka guys may maisip pa kayo send nyo lang po.

Unfortunately nde pumayag ung CO namin na iconsider ung wrong claim ng points. Kaya kelangan iwithdraw application namin. Hay! :-(( nde naman maapektuhan ung SS namin diba?

@MJQ79 Tsk, back to the queue na lang ulit. 🙁 It just means more waiting time but the chance is still there. :-bd I dont think maapektuhan SS. Valid pa rin ata yon - based sa mga nababasa ko. 190 peeps, pahelp na lang sa inquiry!

Actually, medyo kinakabahan din ako. Sabit lang din kasi ako sa 5yrs work experience. Any experience na hindi i-honor ni DIAC means bawas talaga points ko. :-SS

@amcasperforu pagkakaalam ko meron. i read before na you have to apply for a refund. i think if this is the route you choose to go, you can ask your CO on how to get the refund.

@amcasperforu yes, nakapagpa-medical na ako. di ko rin sure kung malilink mo ulit yung eMedical sa next visa lodgement mo. pero palagay ko pwede, kasi isa lang naman skillselect mo. palagay ko lang po.

@GoodLuckAU di ba ang eMedical naka-tie up sa TRN? At pagnaglodge ka ng bagong visa iba na TRN.
