Depende sa occupation. Some occupations require skills assessment and English proficiency.

I am just after the 482 Visa at the moment. If it is not listed under "Visa", does that mean that it doesn't require a skills assessment?

This is just to buy some time to lodge the 190 visa.

@engrasten I think you still need skill assessment. Check below link for 482 requirements. It also has a list for those occupations that doesn't need the assessment.

Hello po. Maliban sa rent ng bahay at insurance, may iba pa po bang expenses pagdating ng AU with visa 482? Pashare po kung may mga unexpected na gastusin. Hehe salamat po!

Hi po. Ano pong occupation niyo? ME po ako, lodged TSS 482 MS via visa lawyer. Hinanapan ako ng EA assessment at PRC license.

i would say, expenses for traveling po, if you will buy a car, need to shell out for the petrol and for buying a second hand car, mahirap po kasi mag-ikot dito lalo na at yung mga buses/trains nila comes at 15-30 minute intervals minsan (from where I am at, pag gabi, minsan 1hr interval na after 6pm) 🙁

also need to consider yung internet provider nyo po, if kukuha kayo ng fixed line, or kung via mobile carrier... mahal po ang data nila dito, may limit ang plans, at kapag sumobra po kayo, magbabayad ng extra 🙁

pag may naisip po ako mam, sabihin ko pa hehe 🙂

Wow noted po! Yun nga din pong transpo ang iniisip ko. Kung motor kaya? Advisable po ba yun? Pag kotse kasi parang mapapamahal lalo na kung 4yrs to pay lang kasi yun lang din ang validity ng visa. Salamat po sa pagsagot! Very timely ito at currently nag-aapply for exemption yung employer ko. Hoping for a positive result! 😃

Hello po. Ask ko lang po kung makahanap po ba ng employer yung dependent ng may visa 482, kailangan din magbayad ng levy ng employer niya? O dun lang applicable sa main applicant?

Pwede ka naman mag motor if like mo. May mga second hand naman na sasakyan. Madali naman magbenta ng kotse kasi necessity yun dito.

No need for employer to pay sponsorship costs for dependents, covered na ito sa primary applicant.

@jakibantiles I suggest for you to get a car kahit second hand na. mahirap kung motor tapos long drive. tapos kasama mo pa partner mo so mas ok kung car. saka kahit sa shops or groceries mas madali kung car gamit mo. AU is unlike SG na walking distance lang ang mga fairprice or sheng siong.

I only have PRC, ME din po and applying for TSS 482 MS, as per my agent, no need ang skills assessment for TSS 482? You only need skills assessment for PR visa? Thanks

Sorry po. Clarify ko lang. Employment endorsement pala at PRC license hiningi sa akin. Naconfuse ako kasi yung employment endorsement ko, nakaaddress sa EA, yun din kasi yung ginamit ko sa assessment noon. Sinubmit ko na lang din yung outcome letter from EA which I happened to have bago pa ako masponsoran, initiative ko lang to prove yung years of relevant exp ko. Pero sa list po ng requirements na hiningi ng agent hindi siya kasama.

I have no problem getting all of the requirements from my current employer here in Australia, yung problema ko lahat ng COE ko from the Philippines eh puro generic lang, I tried to ask for a detailed one pero as usual kahit anong pilit ko pa e generic parin yun binigay. Hassle

Ang ginawa ko po dun sa pinas, ako na gumawa ng format, nilagay ko lahat ng details at job scope. Yung pipirma na lang sila
