Hello, just now I've received the positive outcome of my skills assessment from EA. Online Application ako submitted on Nov 12th and then nagreply sila for additional information nung Nov 24th. Natagalan ako bago ko nasubmit ulet yung additional document na kailangan (proof of my JD / acknowledgement from a third party at yung old JD ko from HR), I submitted again on Dec 7th. And today Dec 16 th ok na. Pero basically pala kung wala problema bale less 1 month me result na sana ang EA. thanks to @johnvangie at sa lahat ng tumulong sa akin. God bless!

thanks @Itsmeeh_Claire for the update. btw, yung proof of JD, galing dapat sa HR, inde ba sya nacover sa certificate of employment?

May I know ano exactly yung proof of JD, is the the detailed COE with JD are not enough?

Thanks @don_andres and @pilot_marker. Yung current company ko kasi hindi ako binigyan ng JD so COE lang. Hindi kasi updated at madami nadagdag sa work ko na wala sa JD ng HR. Kaya ang ginawa ko gumawa ako ng JD at pinasigned sa product manager ng products na hawak ko ( hindi direct manager ko) pero printed sa company letterhead. And then EA asked me to ask a 3rd party to honor ung JD na sinubmit ko kasi iba yung nakapirma sa COE and JD. Bale gumawa ako ng affidavit ko stating na yung JD sa HR hindi updated and yung JD na me pirma ng product manager pinasign ko sa kaposition ko din all pages + contact details. At sinama ko na din yung JD sa HR kahit hindi updated. inispecify ko na lang sa affidavit ko na yung JD from HR is not updated. Na ok naman na.

I have a question, in our company my title is "Engineer - Electrical & Automation" kaya iyon nilagay sa sa COE ko.

In my career essays, I am leading a project doing proposal, project design, testings and commissioning (all in one)... medyo di kami structured at wala rin kaming official organisation chart for every project. Ok lang kaya lagay ko sa designation na example "Lead Engineer" or nay suggestion? ok lang kaya na iba sa nasa COE ko.

@pilot_marker,Sa org chart ba? Sa pagkakaintindi ko hindi. dapat kung ano ang position mo as per HR record, then positions nung mga kasama sa project mo. Although, you can also include in your essay na ikaw yung naglead sa project nyo.

@pilot_marker, my opinion, referring to yourself as Lead Engr in the career episodes is fine as that was your role in that episode... let's hear what others have to say, i may be wrong.

Explain mo na lang na ikaw leader ng project. Explain your role as the leader. Hindi na necessary yung tag na "Lead Engineer"

Yung job title pa rin ang ilagay mo. Kung anong ginawa per project sa JD na lang yun. Mag draft ka na lang ng CV mo at papirmahan mo sa kanila.

Just submitted my CDR online

Received an electronic receipt in my email after few minutes, according to EA website, the status is "Queued for Assessment". Pero sa CC ko still in ledger (or to be settled)

Hello po, sabi kc ng agent namin as per EA EMAIL e nasend na ung outcome letter sa pinas. To sum it up its been more than a month pero d pa din namin narereceived ung hardcopy, which was sent last third week of November 2014. And even the outcome di daw nila alam if positive or negative can someone enlighten me, is it true na hindi iniinform thru email ang agent? Kahit gumawa na ng follow up ang agent sa EA on the status? Lahat talaga malalaman pag dating pa nung letter. medyo nag dodoubt na talaga aq sa agent namin.

Hi @hindiakosidarna online application ka ba? Kasi if ever the outcome letter is sent only via email. sa letter naka specify if your qualification has been assessed and comparable sa nominated occupation mo and same sa work experiences mo if relevant. I guess that should be the same with paper based application.

@Itsmeeh_Claire: nope, mail application po kame through an agent. august 2014 kme nagpasa but it seems may problem. Its more than a month since nasend ung letter from EA, as per EA email sa Kanila. but they are claiming na di pa nila narereceived. Ang samen lang naman is why not ask kay EA, hay... kung alam ko lang di na kme nagagent. Kme pa ang nagreremind sa kanila lagi. anyway Thanks sa pagsagot.
