scanned or xerox pwede lang nmn yan..pareho lang nmn na copy.. as long as ok sa magnonotarize..

mostly their requirement is to have the stamp on the page itself and not the back.. you should request sa magnonotary na ganun.. kasi un ang requirement..

@lock_code2004 nagrereject po ba sila pag nakalagay sa likod? kasi yung statement at info nung notary public di po magkakasya sa harap kaya sa likod na po nagstamp at sign.

@davos_uno - wala pa nmn akong nabasa dito na sa likod nagpa-stamp at na-reject for EA assessment..

pero meron yata sa ibang assessing agency (like Vetasses) di ko lang maaalala try mo i-search dito s forum., hindi nmn yata nila ni-reject yung assessment, pinaulit/pinaresubmit lang yata ung documents with stamp sa harap..

ang sa tingin ko, hindi lang nila nakita na may stamp sa likod..

so kung ayaw mo talga ipaulit.. eto ang suggestion ko, maglagay ka ng coverpage na may note na nasa likod ung stamp, kuha ka rin ng calling card nung notary, at i-attached mo sa parang cover letter..

magandang araw po...ask ko lang po pano po kaya gagawin ko kapag ung certificate of employment ko eh general lang..kasi nung humingi ako sa HR ayaw nila ilagay ung brief description ng job ko kasi daw may general lang sila na template para dun?help naman po kung ano gagawin ko?..your help will be greatly appreciated..Thanks po

@marycelp18 - eto ang ginawa ng iba ask one of these to sign your detailed job description

In this order:

manager
supervisor
or a colleague..

of course you need to provide also their contact information para incase mag verify ang DIAC they can call them..

mas maganda kung you can print this in your company letter head.. hingi ka sa HR.. or gayahin mo ang template same ng generic letter na binigay nila syo..

i would say 'job description' .. of course pag isusubmit mo na yan.. pag sasamahin mo ung COE+Job desc documents (from the same company)..

Hi All,

This is my first post here, sorry if I will be asking a lot of question in my first shot. 🙂 I'm considering to migrate to Australia and confused on how to get my skills assessed by Engineers Australia. Need help with the following concerns:

In their website, It says you can just upload the documents, however some say you need to send by courier? So which one is correct / recommended?
My Employment certificates does not have statement of work, and the companies I worked with in the past are closed or will not provide this info: e.g. "Intel Philippines", "Chartered Semiconductor in Singapore. So how can I work this out?
CDR and other supporting documents? Any references I can use.
I'm currently unemployed. Is it good to submit now, or I need a job before submitting?

(btw, Im still preparing for my IELTS)
DO you guys process your papers by your self or with some help of Australian Immigration Agents?

Guys just one quick painless question. Yung payment ba thru Credit Card for EA Assessment as in ilalagay niyo lang yung details nung card niyo dun sa Application form and that's it? No need for scanned copy, etc.. etc..?

yes thats what i did.. by signing the form, you are authorizing them to do the transaction on your credit card..

Thank you Idol, Isip ko kasi parang matrabaho pa magpa-demand draft sa banko since meron naman ako credit card baka yun na lang gawin ko. Salamat uli!

ANS: the process is via paper application at the time na nagapply ako eh paper application (courier), so baka un po ang nabasa mo.. the best thing to do is go to EA website and check kung online application na ba, at hindi na kailangan magsubmit ng papers..

ANS: you can create an affidavit, signed by someone who can vouch for your actual job/performance/skills... it can be your previous manager/supervisor/senior colleague/colleague.. of course they should include their contact info for verification.. then have the papers, notarized by a lawyer..

ANS: download the Migration booklet from EA..it contains information needed in creating your CDR.. or google examples of CDR for your nominated occupation..

ANS: It does not matter, as long as you satisify the work experience requirement by EA and DIAC.

ANS: some processed their applications without agent.. like me, i did everything on my own.. others chose to hire an agent..

it really depends on your case, if you don't have time.. and if you have money to pay for the agent....

Palagay ko pwede sir, kasi wala naman sinabi na kailangan e card lang nung nag-papa-assess yung tatanggapin nila. Pero siyempre kelangan meron consent nung may-ari nung card.

Maiba naman ako para sa ibang idol natin diyan....

Mga idol yung sa CDR niyo ba at yung Summary Statement, Application Form, at iba pa e pwede print na lang ng black and white or kailangan pa ba e colored? May nagpasa na ba ng black and white print out for these at tinanggap naman? Salamat sa mga makakasagot mga idol.

kailangan ng signature ng cardholder diba?

so i guess basta naka-pirma sya dun sa application form me, eh wala ng problem un..

or you can enquire with EA.. balitaan mo kami sa reply syo.. 😉
