Bro, anung field mo ng Engineering? May risk sa ginawa mo noh kasi hndi ka nagpa-assess sa EA o nirejet ba ni EA ung work exp mo?

_ Civil.. yes may risk tlga pero may advantage din.. risk in a way na possible na mareject pero since confident ako na relevant tlga sya,its a matter of providing supporting docs na lang tlga, and CO's decision on it may vary from CO to CO..and advantage naman nya, i can claim for my whole 5 yrs without EA deducting some yrs ( they do deduct as much as 5 yrs if they deem not related)

In my case, I am inside Australia thru Visa 476. I applied for relevant skilled employment for 1 year inside Australia but EA rejected it. I'm casual employee (thru an agency) and they claim that I'm paid 'very low' to what a casual professional industrial engineer should receive. My problem is I already have a Visa 189 invite last July 6 but I couldn't use it since EA rejected my work assessment. Bigger problem as my Visa 476 will expire next month. - I am not sure about this, pero DIBP/CO has the final say.. EA only provided an opinion.. if u want to be sure.. at if 60pts kp din if aalisin yun 1 yr aussie exp mo, make a new EOI.. pero if gsto mo mag risk bka pwede ng wag mo na ipaalam sa CO na nagpa assess ka ng 1 yr then just provide all supporting docs.. only my opinion..

LB or Diliman?

I am scared to proceed without having assessment of EA, you're betting your visa fee on the line.

UP Diliman. @2.5 years exp sa Pinas, 1 year exp inside Au (EA rejected-due to salary).

Currently I am back to 55 points without the EA assessment. Marami ka bang alam na cases na pumasa sa CO kahit walang assessment ng EA? Thanks.

@KP mga bossing makitanong lang, medyo interesado kasi ako sa case mo, , yung pinasa nyo po bang mga docs sa EA same sa nisubmit nyo sa dibp? kung approved naman po sa dibp, bakit need pa approval ng EA, kala ko kasi optional na lang yung sa EA yung relevant yrs of exp assessment, iyung sa kanila ay kung yung degree mo ay equivalent to australia... salamat.

@KP iilan lng ang alam kong hindi nagpa-assess ng relevant exp.. kasi mas gusto nilang mas sure since supported ang claim nila ng EA..

medyo challenging ang case mo hndi ko masabi anong pinaka tamang gawin.. isang option is baka pwede taasan ang PTE-A score mo, or state sponsorship or ilaban mo sa DIBP yang 1 yr exp mo sa OZ..

my opinion is the latter.. only my opinion.. unless willing kang magsimula uli..

@dreamoz EOI stage at ITA stage pa lng sya e so wala pang ipinasang documents.. once nagbayad na sya tsaka p lng sya makkpasa ng docs..

@Captain_A sa PTE-A, meron lang ako 77, sayang hndi pa umabot ng 79, nag-sched n ko next week. Sobrang kabado na dahil halos 5 weeks na lang current visa.

@KP take note if mababago ang case mo u need to make a new EOI kasi iba na ang case mo e.. sa eoi kasi n may ITA ka may claimed pts sa Oz exp..

@Captain_A @KP salamat sa reply, ayun kala ko kasi kpag may invite na nasa 99% na chance para ma grant na yung visa, unless me problema sa medical o pcc

gumawa na ako bago email, bago SkillSelect acct, EoI for Visa 190, NSW, mukhang malabo e, Jan-June 2016, 6 months walang ngyare dati.

@dreamoz hindi pa 100%, sa EOI kasi parang declare mo p lng yung mga details mo to claim pts.. u receive ITA, assuming all you declare is true and with sufficient docs to support..

once lodged, tsaka mo pa lang submit at your proofs sa declare mo sa EOI.. so dapat sa EOI pa lang dapat 100% ka na tama at kaya mong patunayan ang mga declare mo para smooth processing..

@KP hndi ko magets yung mababang sahod na issue ng EA parang wala nmn sinabi na minimum na salary bawat occupation sa site nila..e kung na-meet mo nmn ang job description ng occupation mo tapos nameet mo ung minimum working hours per week tapos paid nmn.. issue pa pla ang amount ng salary..

anyway kapit lng sa pangarap.. magiging OK din yan.

Exactly, mahirap tanggapin. Like kami na around 2yrs work exp at lilipad papunta dito, tatanggapin namin entry level ng position namin as long as pasok sa field na napag-aralan o natapos. Ang naging set back ko is dahil casual employee ako, walang leave, no work no pay, mas mataas ang hourly rate ko kaysa full time employees, pero hindi ko daw na meet ung standards na iyon. Masaklap!

@Captain_A nabasa ko din dati, sobrang strict kasi inside Au ung work exp ko, not unlike kung outside bka iba ung expected rates nila. 🙁
