marami pong factor to consider.. but one main factor is your school, they have a classification/sectioning of schools in the philippines... for example if your degree is from a section 1 school (UP/UST/DLSU/Ateneo), it is most like be assessed as comparable to AU degree, therefore you can claim 15 pts..
again. that is only one of the many factors, marami pong considerations, like course content, your grades, professional registration (prc)....
but based on experience of most of us here, for example my degree is from Section 1, so I got an assessment equivalent to AU degree..
