the only way the pwede ka mag claim 5 pts para sa partner mo is :

pasado cya ng IELTS

nag pa assess ung partner mo and nakakuha ng Positive Skill Assessment ( from the respective assessing body )

if wala ganito ung partner mo, d ka pwede mag claim ng partner points

.... based sa breakdown ng points mo nsa 70 pts kana... more than enough na un para ma invite ( if mapasa mo lahat ) 🙂>-</blockquote>

Sabi nga ni @hayrOHOiro hindi honored by EA ang PTE-A, as of now IELTS lang tsaka TOEFL ang kinikilala ng EA. Nung ako 9/8.5/7.5/8.5 ako sa IELTS, kinapos pa ako ng 0.5 sa first take kaya ttry ko naman PTE this time. Pero sa computation mo naman mukhang di mo kailangan papressure sa language pts kaya go lang 🙂

So @mugsy27 if nakuha ng girlfriend ko yung requirements na yun, and mag apply kami for de facto, pwede ko ba syang ideclare as my dependent and at the same time mag claim ako ng partner points?

no need for your partner na gawin lahat ng un para lang magawa mo cyang dependent.. just need to show evidence na mag pakners in-crime tlga kayu ehehe...

im not so sure how to show evidence about de-facto.. pero alam ko meron thread para dun.. andito din sa forum .. 🙂>-

I mean if nakapag paassess na sya and passed the IELTS requirement na, then I declare her as my dependent, pwede pa din ba ako mag claim ng partner points given na nasatisfy nya yung assessment and IELTS? 🙂

@caloy23 Tried searching pero looks complicated and take too much precious time, nagmamadali na din kasi kami kaya baka yung claiming na lang ng partner points yung titignan namin pero thanks sa suggestion man!

@jiomariano sorry singit lang ulit ako. Tama ba pagkakaintindi ko- advantage lang pag magclaim ng partner skills eh pwede xa magwork sa australia whereas pag dependent lang hindi?

@tweety11 okay- pero pano ko masama partner ko? Haha include him as dependent pero de facto lang kami? Pero he won't be able to work not unless he completes and pass ielts and EA. kindly confirm. thanks in advance!

Oo, include mo sya as dependent. Makakapagwork pa din sya once magrant na visa nyo. Hindi naman necessary ang assessment para magwork. For visa application lang talaga yung assessment.

@VirGlySyl pm mo saken email mo. Pero make sure own words mo pa din gagamitin mo. Medyo mahigpit ang EA sa plagiarized work.

tingnan ko lang kung gaanung ka simple yung definition po ninyo ng simple, medyo na nahihirapan na po ako sa mga technical terms dahil di na talaga naprapraktis ang pagiging IE sa current company, IN and OUT na lang po kasi ang everyday routine,

ps may breaktime nga pala bukod sa I/O. ^_^

Kapag dependent pwede pa din naman sya mag work at kung ano ano pa kasi ang labas eh visa 189 holder pa din naman sya 🙂

Good day! Balak ko po mag apply ng 489 family sponsored visa, and I will be graduating BS ECE in UST sa June 2017, so wala pa po ako work experience sadly 🙁 Sabi sa website ng EA hindi daw mandatory ang work experience, so ano pong pathway ang dapat ko kunin? Qualified kaya ang undergrad ko sa EA? Thanks!
