Hello po tanong lang, kailangan po ba notarized ang mga documents na isasubmit?? Kasi ang plan ko po isubmit regarding dun sa employment evidence ay COE, payslips (black and white yung original copy) and sss contribution which is black and white din. Thanks in advance!

@beetle00 hello, ung ibang payslips ni hubby ko ay b&w pero hindi na namin pinanotarize, pero pag tiningnan mo siya, halata naman na hindi siya photocopy. Yung sa sss mo, bakit siya b&w? Hiningi mo ba siya sa sss? Kasi ours is just a screenshot sa online, okay naman. 🙂

Same tayo ng pinasa for EA, payslip, CoE & SSS lang.

@beetle00 Sa MSA guide it says there's no need to certify or notarize the documents. They just need the colored scan.

Please refer to this info from the MSA Booklet.

Please DO NOT submit the following:

• Certified copy of an original document

• Black and white scans

• Scan of photocopy

• Low resolution scans. All resolution of at scans must have a least 300 dpi

• tPimleaesse. refrain from uploading a document multiple

Processing will be delayed if any of the above is submiħed.

@jazmyne18 thanks po! Yung payslip kasi namin ay paperless po then yung soft copy ay black and white so based po sa sinabi niyo, ok na siguro yun 🙂 sa sss naman po, hiningi ko sa branch kaya black and white. Scan ko nalang siguro at hopefully it will suffice

Hello po baka may nakaexperience na ng ganito. When i clicked continue to payment sa EA website nag 502 gateway error kaya nirefresh ko. Tapos meron daw ako unfinished application pero lag nireresume ko or icancel, nageerror na. I can’t proceed with the application because of this. I tried e-mailing them last night but still no response. Help po 🙁
