Yung reference letter po b galing company ay COE?
Pde ba magdeclare ng ibang dahilan like "For housing loan application" Kasi ayoko ipaalam s company ko na nag aapply aq for migration. Di Kasi sila nagbbgay ng "for any purposes it may serve"

@baldogerz tama sila, depende kung gano ka kaconfident sa experience mo. Try mo icheck ang mga job descriptions ng nominated occupation mo, if andun naman lahat ng ginagawa mo. Technique is sa CV at sa detailed CoE mo, use the words (or closely related words) na nasa description nila. Yan lang ang proof na pwede mo ibigay sa trabaho mo. The rest kasi is proof of paid employment na.

@jazmyne18 thanks po. I will go for standard CDR nlng kasi pasok lahat ng duties ko sa Industrial Engineer. Although job title ko sa company is Production Engineer. Maconfuse kaya SI DIBP nun?

@baldogerz kung hindi ka naman magclalaim ng experience mo with your company, kahit hindi mo na isali yung certificate of employment mo.. pero kung magclaclaim kang experience at part ng CDR mo sabihin mo nalang sa Company mo na nag aapply ka for skill assessment... kasi baka pag nareview yan ng EA at nakalagay na for for housing loan application baka hihingan ka ulet ng ibang COE... at kung for housing loan application, bakit may job description mas lalong magtataka Employer mo.. Goodluck.

hi @zacc, ito un mga secondary documents na pinasa ko for RSEA initially:

(both PH companies)

Company A

Form 2316 (1 year lang)

Philhealth

Company B

Payslips

Philhealth

Ito un feedback sakin ng EA for the above:

Income tax return acknowledgement/receipt from the relevant government authority;
Social security/retirement contribution statement.

Otherwise, this period of employment cannot be recognised by Engineers Australia.

I manage to retrieve another Form 2316 for Company A pero wala na ko nakuha sa Company B. I did email BIR directly pero company lang daw may copy, si comapny naman sabi sakin un employee lang meron copy. So dinagdag ko nalang yun SSS then I attached a lengthy explanation with extracted email exchanges na di ma provide ng company un ITR.

wala kasi akong ITR, kaya naghahanap at inaalam ko na agad ang mga alternatives.

@VirGylSyl @zacc ang 2316 is produced in three copies. In my experience, prior to 2013, di naman ni re-remit ni company ang 2316 sa BIR kasi nmn meron nmng alphalist na na re-remit si company which contains the list of employees na substituted at di substituted filing. Un copy ng 2316 before is naka carbon- 1 original copy and 2 carbon copies. Pero binibigay lahat sa employee. But after 2013, sa time ni kim henares, naging strict si BIR. Ung isang copy dapat ibigay sa BIR and ung 2 copies is upon the discretion of the company kng mag re-retain ba ng isa for the company- eto po is hindi na carbon, original na. These 2316s din naman is nasa BIR alphalist system, HR can generate it at any time i.e. hingi ng hingi si employee ng original dahil for whatever valid reason. Sa side ni employer di xa basta2 mg release kasi in the first place it is assumed na may copy na ang employee. Kng religious ung HR na naka pag encode sa BIR alphalist system, ma huhugot nya ang 2316 file ng employee or maybe already saved it in excel file the time na nag print xa for BIR, which is due every last day of February the year after. Kng d na mag produce si company it would mean either na d na mahanap ung file/corrupted or tinatamad lng mag hanap.

Tama si mam @kaaate na you can ask another copy from the company. Explain mo lang ng maayos like maybe nagamit mo na ung original na kaisa isang copy mo.

Actually, on the other hand, if kilala mo un hr na nag proprocess ng 2316, pde mong paki usapan na mag sign. Gawa ka nlng ng 2316. 2316 btw is too linear in computation lalo na pag naka isang buong taon ka sa company at walang extra extrang benefits na declared ang company. All HR needs to do is to acknowledged the computation by affixing the company representative's signature sa 2316. Since si HR ung gumawa before, i'm sure na alam nya mag compute ng figures sa 2316.

Hi @VirGlySyl ako po, nakapagpa-RSEA na SSS screenshot lang ang pinrovide ko (no ITR, payslip, Pag-ibig at Philhealth). meron lang din po akong COE with total annual compensation including benefits and kung ilang hours per week ang pasok. tinanggap naman po ng EA. di ko pa lang alam sa visa 🙂

I want to inquire regarding sa CPD po.

a) Kung wala akong certificate pero meron akong proof na umattend ako dun sa workshop/seminar (like photocopy of company announcements). Iinclude ko po ba ito sa list ng trainings attended?

b) yung seminars/trainings/ workshops lang po ba na related sa engineering profession yun lang po ba ang ilalagay?

c) ang format sa website ay title, date, duration, and place...

Yung duration po ba ilalagay ang time mismo example (8:00 - 5:00 p.m.) Di ko kasi matandaan lahat kasi di naman nakaindicate yung time for the past 10 years.

d) Yung iba wala ako certificates, nirerequire ba ito sa future ng Home Affairs o magrerely sila na totoo yung nakasulat dito? I believe kasi dapat consistent kasi ang pagsubmit.
